If we play Paton and Beadling as a central two then Vincent is the ideal player to get in the gap and win balls and break up our play. I really can’t see Crawford dropping Paton but I’d rather we played a combination of Cochrane Beadling and Turner. 

Paton is done, at best a sub or player coach. He looked good in pre season friendlies but under pressure he just crumbles unless we play five across like the Celtic game. Would like to think we want to aim for a win at home though.

I know it’s another defeat but that was 1000x better than the last few weeks . Not sure what you could blame Crawford for apart from possibly not putting Todd on instead of Devine and playing beadling at Center back, which would have been a fairly desperate move to avoid using him.

I have got to say that the defence was pretty good today. I though Ash had a good game and Martin was decent alongside him.  I think Edwards at left back is a good prospect and Comrie is the best signing from the summer. An injury to Edwards had led to Devine coming on and giving away a penalty but the original set up at the back was decent today.

I thought Kiltie did well with nothing to work with.

Our problems are coming from midfield. It's a complete shambles.

Brining Cochrane on a bit earlier would have been my only change Turner's passing was abject today. Looking better but frustrating that for the second week in a row the best player in the defence has gone off injured, that said I think Martin looked really good at CB read the play well which wasn't something I would think I would ever say

Comrie is good at this level. Premiership was probably just too much for him at a young age.

Beginning to look very ominous for Craw, seems very similar to Potter in that he clearly wants the best for the club but just isn't cut out for management.
