Walking Down The Halbeath Road

Obviously no player ever improves ever. So we've signed a striker who had an amazing season last year but is and always will be shite because an Ayr fan said so.

Quite happy with things so far. The Craw seems to be having more success signing his top targets than AJ ever did reducing the need for panic additions towards the end of transfer windows

Signing wee team players as patter is a bold move from Crawford.

As funny as it is to see the meltdowns in Kirkcaldy, I really don't know if either player will add much to our team. Ryan and Faiss both scored tons in L1 and couldn't tie their own shoes in the Champ. It's a big step-up from total obscurity.

Harsh on Ryan, I don’t think he’s had a run in the team really. Faissal after promotion would have done better imo. After Dundee he was awful.

Shankland and Nicky Clark stepped up pretty well.

Obvious what’s happening here, the pars weakening rovers to help the bairns get back up.

Gregor Buchanan is more likely to get you relegated again than to be troubling the upper echelons of the seaside league.

^^^^ exactly this, Euan Murray also, may not be a massive improvement either. Getting money for both is pretty good tbh, even if it's a promise of money which won't arrive for a year or two, or if ever.

That’s a pretty mental signing for you guys. Particularly if you’re going with a smaller/younger squad. He doesn’t really fit in with your other signings so far.

There’s no doubt his form picked up for us after a horrific start but he’s still nowhere near the standard required at Championship level. He does try and genuinely looks like he cares but he can’t pass the ball and he loves shouting, screaming and blaming other players for any mistake.

Prepare to be incredibly frustrated.
