Guest
Five at the back you are shitting it. Think I'll use this gif for the first time. It's not a flat back five is it, i'll be as much a 3-5-2 when we're on the ball. Hardly me shitting it. I suppose Celtic were bricking it when they used this formation during their recent 3-0 trouncing of Rangers? Every derby this season, Hearts have thumped us in the midfield. I would probably do a four-four-two system, including both Soares and Claros in the mid, then take out Kujabi from the defence and leave him as a sub. Part of the reason is that they have an extra man there, when their midflield is better anyway it doesn't help being outnumbered. We can't match up with a 4-5-1/4-3-3 because we have hee haw good wingers, Sproule shouldn't play and Griffiths on the wing is a total waste. I'd play Kujabi, he does offer something (not freekicks it seems) and I wouldn't want to try someone like Francomb out of position for the first time in a derby. With my system he could get forward without putting the fear of god into us every time. Which one is the poodle. Is it the dwarf who wears the short sleeve top and gloves ? I don't even know what you're talking about. Sure it's hilarious/intelligent/cutting (delete as appropriate) though. EGB, that's not too bad a shout. Osbourne/Soares and Stevenson cut in so much and play so centrally anyway, it might make sense to actually play them there. I would certainly feel more comfortable watching the game if Kujabi had Hanlon close by to cover up. Exactly. Hibs playing a 4-4-2 this season somehow manages to combine no width with a lack of authority in the middle at the same time. Our whole season has been a game of long bangers between the defence and the strikers, at least with my formation we might have a chance to win some more second balls and allow our two biggest threats from out wide a chance to go forward without leaving massive gaps. Paulo Sergio
That Hibs team. Suso/Templeton/even Driver will rip the Gambian Roberto Carlos and Doherty to pieces. Beattie and Skacel will destroy McPake and Hanlon's school of defending. Black, Barr, McGowan, and Grainger will have the Pitbull, Patrick Viera II, Stevenson and Wotherspoon in their back pockets. Webster and Zaliukas won't give Cokeheid or Alienboy a look-in.

McPake's hardly put a foot wrong, constant reference to how pish he is makes you lot look like you're on a constant rager. I'll concede that Webster is a good defender, but an in-form O'Connor and Griffiths won't get a look-in because of Zaliukas? Do me a favour love. Edit: Actually, I'm dealing with people who believe every bit of pish they read on kickback. No point even trying to reason with them. Paulo Sergio
McPake was smoked in the last derby and even by players like Nigel Hasselbaink. O'Connor is a fat, overweight junky and Griffiths will get bullied.
Willie Gibson
McPake's hardly put a foot wrong Apart from in the last Derby. This donkey who is 5th choice at a team relegated from the championship, and that far down the pecking order that they are playing a 16 year old at centre half.

Guest
So using your logic, the fact that Sergio will line up a 4-5-1 against our 4-4-2 means he's shitting it? aye because playing five in midfield is the same as playing five at the back
Forever Hibs
aye because playing five in midfield is the same as playing five at the back And playing 1 up front is the same as playing 2 up front? Hearts have got away with playing defensive football against us in the last few years as we've had pretty much no attack. But it won't work agains't us in the final.
