Paulo Sergio
FIVE, yes, FIVE-ONE in the final of a cup competition that your biggest rivals haven't won for 110 years. That isn't even mentioning the fact that we won the other cup final back in 1896. We have won both cup semi-final meetings, including another demolition job at Hampden in 2006 where we won 4-0, which was practically the final as well. I haven't even mentioned the fact that in the past ten years we have beaten them 5-1 on a different occasion, we put four goals past them on three different occasions in the 2005-06 season, we won every derby last season. Then there is 17 in a row and 22 in a row. We are currently 12 unbeaten - won 8, drawn 4. We are the older club, have won seven more trophies, have finished higher up the league far more times, have won more derbies at Easter Road than Hibs. I could go on and on and on. There is just no debate about who the number one club in Edinburgh will always be.
JamboMikey
Reading the absolute drivel from Hibs fans in the build up to this will never get old. Its like when you watch a film the second time round and know that some c**t is going to get his comeuppance at the end. Glorious.

JamboMikey
Sorry jambos this is the year Hibernian win the Scottish. All the 1902 stuff is about to bite you in the erse. It's unfortunate but if you weren't as big a bunch of wanks then it wouldn't be so tough when Jamesy boy lifts the trophy high. Irish manager treble this season. Deal with it. What about when hearts beat rangers to win there first trophy in over 30 years? Yup, destiny. You came third and won your first trophy in over 30 years. Hibernian have won the league and not won the cup, I would call many a Hibernian side a much, much better side than your 1998 finished third side. Destiny Sergio, deal with it. Paulo you go on about fairy stories. Can I remind you that apart from beating Gretna on penalties all you had to go on in any final you have ever played in was exactly the same. Hibs will do to hearts like hearts done to rangers in 1998. Who did hearts beat in the semis that year again? Too right mate. Last time we turned up defeated. This time I genuinely believe we will win on Saturday, genuinely. Either way im still completely bricking it. Fucked in 2. Fluked it in one. It was your year 1998. Penalty to rangers not given says so. Our year champ. Deal with it. No they weren't. We were fuxked 5-2 the week before the final, Off celtic going for the treble Sauzee was injured and Russell was gone. Nobody went with expectation that day, we were playing the champions. This time we play the team 5th in the league. Deal....with....it. Remember the fakirk match gala, unfortunately there was no dive for the hearts equaliser or winner like Suso. It's destiny mate. Imagine, imagine you lose to us and the hoodoo goes against hearts of all teams. It's happening. Facts mean sod all in a cup final. Form, everything goes bang out the window. Hearts beat 10 in a row seeking Rangers who man for man shat all over yous and only beat Gretna on penalties. You should know that of all supporters that form means jack shit. It's who wants it more on the day and who gets that little luck. Hearts luck has ran out its Hibernians cup. You better learn to deal with it mate. Unfortunate for you Sergio. I wish you well on your life after pie and bovril come saturday. It's written in the stars and not rocket science.

Greggy Wallace
There's not a chance the players will shite this one. No way.
Greggy Wallace
After all the most recent derby humiliations I've came on here and tried to give it out. There's absolutely no point in whoever loses this trying to counter any bragging. All or nothing.
Greggy Wallace
Exactly, it's fate. This is the way it was meant to end. I don't give a f**k how bad our Scottish Cup or derby record is, we're winning the Scottish Cup this year.
Greggy Wallace
I can see it now..... 20k+ Hibs fans going totally mental as James McPake steps up to lift the Scottish Cup. Not a jambo to be seen in sight,
Greggy Wallace
Yes it will. If we beat Hearts in the biggest ever derby game, Hearts fans will never ever recover from it and will be forced to live with the shame for the rest of their unbearable lives. Be afraid, be very very afraid.
Greggy Wallace
McPake is a far superior defender than Zaliukas.
Greggy Wallace
Definitely not a guarenteed Hearts win, Hibs are very gradually improving.

Paulo Sergio
What a man. It's a shame we never got the best out of him, but he certainly had his moments. I'll never forget this utter peach in a demolition job against Aberdeen at Pittodrie back in 2006: Oh aye:
