Jacksgranda
The other two had no chance of being upheld. To do so would impinge on the Director's ability to perform their fiduciary duties. And we all know Mr King would take a dim view of directors not fulfilling their fiduciary duties.

Dons_1988
I, for one, feel privileged to be a non-OF firm fan and be able to appreciate and laugh at the irony as they go back and forth arguing over which set of fans is more racist than the other

stonedsailor
You mad? He tried to stop three resolutions, only managed to postpone one. The lawn tanks will have to regroup... The resolution he most wanted stopped was blown to bits. The tanks suffered a couple of casualties but Mike has cleared the way for his action against the SFA's dual ownership rules. Big Mike will soon be in charge at "Rangers", which is pleasing because the good guys get destroyed but worrying because I think big Mike will get "Rangers" back on track. Gaz FFC
I really do hope that Mike Ashley, Craig White and Charles Green all meet up in Stonecutters style robes to discuss what to do with Rangers next. Sadly for Rangers Dave King is playing the part of Gil

strichener
9 and 10 relate to swapping loans for equity, 10 being a special resolution, the board currently cannot do this, which is why the resolutions are being proposed. This is of course could be used as a method to strengthen the shareholdings of those willing to provide funds while ridding the company of debt, it also can be used to dilute and weaken other shareholders including Mike and the Easdales....of course i see this as a victory. 11 was about stopping shareholders who have shareholdings in other football clubs from influencing club business through voting, influencing the club for such individuals is of course against SFA rules, something which mike has already been found guilty of, it was a sensible measure to protect the club from breaking SFA rules. I have just re-read number 10 and you are correct that it is a special resolution. The reason that it is a special resolution is that the authority was sought last year and turned down by the share-holders. If this is voted through then share-holders are placing absolute trust in the current Rangers BOD. Are you a shareholder? Is there any indication of how much equity the directors want to be able to allocate?
weirdcal
Regarding Mike ashley trying to get this blocked. The three bears have lent £4.5m so far and want to dilute the other shares to turn this into equity whilst at the same time telling ashley he ain't getting that £5m back and that his shares are also going to be diluted.
