Ah the memories .... Give king his due , he is consistent , you ask him a question these days and still he never gives you an answer and instead deflects all over the shop

Here is what I actually said about him

Why would you be upset about what some fan leader says? These guys wether Celtic or rangers are the biggest wankers out,,,it's like me getting upset about something David Edgar's says. laugh.giflaugh.gif But I do admire rangers fans mock outrage ,,,you're constantly going on about Celtic being offended by everything ,,but a joke about the titanic on twitter and you all want the police involved. laugh.giflaugh.gif

SHurely some mistake, you were defending him all over this horrendous thread.

Hmm, I can see why he left the King alias behind for a while, what a disaster.

Some quite hypocritical Bears there as well though. Part of the gig being an OF fan I suppose.

What article is this?

Even if they had not taken a single holiday (doubtful) and worked Christmas day the statutory allowance is 28 days and you cannot carry Holidays without prior written approval.

plus bank holidays but this is not about statutory allowance it's about what is in the contract. Many organisations have longer holidays than 28 days. Footballers do not take holidays during the season so I'm pretty sure they will all carry over.

But you go right ahead

Good luck, you're putting your wits against our resident Contract Law specialist. If Tedi is referencing 28 days, you can be bloody sure there's a reason.

I see today the Sun is reporting that Rangers players are suing Ibrox for Holiday Pay claims. It also claims these are big money claims.

I can confirm this is horrific journalism again. These claims are not worth much at all, and can only go back one year. I work in Employment Law, so just my two cents before it gets discussed.

It's not even a week. It backdates a year, but will probably only be ten or so hours worth for the entire payment. As such, it'll only be a couple of hundred quid, at most, for each of these claims.

So in terms of payments, you were the one that stated they would probably only be 10 or so hours equating to a couple of hundred quit. Anyone can take it then that you can assume that they are earning £20 per hour or thereabouts. Holiday Pay is based on your earnings regardless of how often you receive your pay and earnings is defined as your usual renumeration. This kind of makes your next post rather confusing.

You don't get paid hourly with a holiday pay claim on your hourly rate. I'm sure if I threw the word bigot around more I might get a better debate.

It is nothing to do with the lack of the word bigot and everything to do with you talking rubbish.

Funny how TEDI recalls what I said on a thread ...3 months before he joined?! Almost as if he was a previously banned racist bigot or something?

Nah. He comes across more like one of the P&B RSC who threw a hissy fit after the CVA bounced then changed himself into a new company after the spirit of Rangers was transfered for £5.4M.
