Whitswit
SFA reporting that the police have had to get involved as all members of the panel have received threatening communications. Dp the stupid knuckle dragging 'fans' doing this not realise they are doing more harm than good? They are shaming themselves and all of Scottish football - they seem to think we all need them where as certainly right now we would be much better off without them. Rather than win friends in their time of need and have a bit of dignity they are making as many enemies as possible and shaming themselves and their club. For too long we've tolerated intimidation like this in Scotland - it is about time that fans actions start to hurt their teams in situations like this. (as well as every single person who has sent threatening comms being charged for it)
EdinburghPar1975
Am i right in thinking that the kit deal Rangers have means most of the cash goes to JJB?? Seems an insane time to launch a kit given that club won't get that much...an even more ridiculous time to buy one...

jambopompey
Heard this afternoon senior members of Strathclyde's finest "seriously concerned" about situation at Rangers Scottish FA spokesperson: “We are deeply concerned that the safety and security of Judicial Panel members appointed to a recent Tribunal has been compromised by a wholly irresponsible betrayal of confidential information. “The Judicial Panel consists of volunteers from across the spectrum of sport and business in Scotland. They are appointed on the basis of anonymity yet all three panel members have reported intrusion into their personal and work lives, including abusive and threatening communication. “This has been extended to directors of the Scottish FA, whose private details have been published on internet sites and who have, themselves, been victims of abusive communication. “This culminated tonight in a visit by Strathclyde Police, who are taking seriously the threats made towards the individuals involved. We are thankful for their advice and support in these matters.” must be the rangers way of how to make friends and intimidate people

The Naitch
This was always going to happen after McCoist's comments earlier. Utterly irrepsonsible from him.

Stu
Take it P&B is slow tonight because the idiots on Follow Follow have finally realised they are getting the piss taking out of them and decided to hack the site?
Drooper
McCoist should have his arse booted up and down Paisley Rd West for this. Anyone with half a brain knew that this would be the outcome when he started slabbering about exposing the identities of the panel members.. Shocking stuff, but depressingly unsurprising.
Araminta Moonbeam QC
Over at Rangers Media, their best and brightest have investigated and decided that it is clearly the work of 'Ra Sellick fanz. Denial
Drooper
Over at Rangers Media, their best and brightest have investigated and decided that it is clearly the work of 'Ra Sellick fanz. Denial Not quite all of them, though: FFS. This is a f*cking disaster and once again we have shot ourselves in the foot. Why in f*cks name was it necessary to know the names of the 3 basturts who f*cked us over. We were never going to do or even say anything to them so what f*cking difference did it make if we knew their names or not? It should have been obvious to anyone with even one braincell in their head (it obviously works for the ****) that this would lead to attacks on the persons involved and this would be blamed on the club. Sh*t, you f*cking exasperate me; sit down and count to 10 and think out the consequences of your actions before you stick your foot in the pile of shit. I suggest that someone tell Ally to do the same thing because nothing is more likely to turn a 1 year ban into a 2 year ban than this brainless f*ckup! WELL DONE EVERY FUCKING c**t THAT PLAYED A PART IN THIS! I HOPE THE FUCKING **** PAID YOU WELL. AND ALLY, SHUT THE f**k UP IN FUTURE AND DON'T PUT IDIOTIC IDEAS INTO PEOPLE'S HEADS!

stonedsailor
Rangers fans have killed their club, who would want to buy into the cauldron of hate now? The whole world has seen them as we know them to be, there can be no other avenue but to hand the appeal process over to an outside body now UEFA? FIFA? do you think they will allow Rangers to compete anywhere now? Sally McMoist MUST be charged with inciting this situation with his demands for the panel to be named. Get your dancing shoes on boys and girls we're going to have a ceilidh on their grave before the end of the week.

gwh18
I hope the perpertrators of these threats face the same consequences as those convicted of inciting riots on face book. McCoist should be ashamed but humility and contrition seem to be abstract concepts Ibrox way. Our Quisling journalistic community were afraid of this responce being directed to themselves, hence the positive spin on most stories and the party line of no Ranger's, no Scottish football. Ranger's fans should be looking towards being conciliatory, but are instead are acting like Hitler in his bunker. Tick Tock
