What an absolute cockslap he is BBC mad.gif

From today's Herald -------

Green also risked angering many other SPL and Scottish Football League club's owners and chairmen by predicting that they were in such dire financial trouble that league reconstruction soon would be inevitable. "There will be changes at the top level this year because some of the clubs up there are really, really going to struggle financially with their current debt.

"These companies all file accounts, we can all see where they are in terms of their positions with the banks. We've not got the debt that any of these clubs have. And, on the last day of the season, I would really enjoy some clever financial analyst looking at the balance sheets and debt-to-equity ratio of every club in Scotland.

Why is that, Mr Green?

Simply fuc*ing unbelievable. With that level of arrogance, he's going to fit right in at Ibrox.

This from the chairman of a company that cannot get an ovrerdraft to allow its fans to pay for season tickets, and has been rejected by all the major banks leading to it banking with Metrobank who only have a dozen or so branches, all in the london area.

Oh and by the way Charles - hows the cash flow looking??;)

It really is shocking that he's claiming bigotry was involved, fans of all other clubs detest Celtic and Rangers equally because of the baggage they bring, that isn't bigotry.

Maybe Chucky Green meant it was ANTI-bigotry that was behind the decision

Green Shock: On His Way To Top Greek Post

Reuter News July 30, 2012: 11.30GMT

"Rangers new supremo Charles Green made no secret of the fact that he was a short-term appointment. But no one on the blue side of Glasgow expected his reign to end so soon. According reports in today's Athens broadsheet 'Megacheatos', foreign affairs expert, Constantos Brokos, has confirmed that the country has employed the southern European offices of Duffos & Thelphos to handle Greece's bankruptcy and liquidation. And the shock news for Gers' fans is that Greece is now seeking to tempt Charles Green away from Glasgow. His new job will be to oversee the process of 'Greece doing a Rangers'.

"The Greeks plan to create a 'newco country', to be known initially as Sevkocos 5099, thus off-loading the crippling national debt burden via the old nation. 'Old Greece' will then simply disappear. Sevkocos 5099 will then transfer the name and 'history' of Greece to the new holding company which will then become known as 'Greece' - to avoid any confusion for Greeks. It is thought that Green will play a key role in negociations together with an as yet unnamed group of investors. A spokesman for Green has said: 'By year's end we hope to have the most robust economy in Europe. Let the nations of Germany, France, Italy and the UK check their balance sheets. All those nations who kicked us when we were down by asking us to pay our bills will be sorry.'

"Mr Green who has recently reformed Rangers as a debt-free club, is now being sought far and wide for financial advice. It is even rumoured that he has had discussions with the US to create a 'Phoenix America'. The America of today is currently crippled by the world's biggest debt mountain. 'Charlie's our type of guy,' a White House spokesman said. 'In one clean break with the past we can plan for a confident future with the Green Plan. Our Chinese debt will vanish overnight. The guy's a genius. We've got to hand it to you Brits.'

"A Rangers spokesman has told Reuter News that the now debt-free club can understand that Green is much sought after but will fight any attempt by Greece or the US to prize Green away. 'Although a number of fans are still uneasy about his surname,' a club spokesman said, 'We believe they are in the minority.' He continued by saying, 'As a club we have protested in the strongest possible terms to Greece and the US. You can't just cheat people out what is rightfully theirs. It's unheard of.' Fans groups have once again sprung into action and boycotts are being arranged of all things Greek. People with very dark hair, anyone eating kebabs, restaurants, youghurt and even Feta cheese are high on the boycott list - as is anyone whose name ends with 'os' or 'isis'. The Greek foreign ministry denies it is attempting to 'bugger Rangers'."

Maybe The rangers could have tried filing accounts, then?

ETA: Oh, and debt? Isn't Chas getting paid back his "purchase price at Wonga-style interest, even before we start talking about the millions they owe honest clubs, players and agents(yeah, I know...) across the continent? I reckon they owe more than ANY SPL club, including Killie! ohmy.gif

The sheer temerity of this enculé - French is better for insulting- zooms off even the old Rangers' scale for arrogance! He's only been there a month or so but must have had a crash course from Jardine, Sally et al in "how to piss off the rest of Scottish football without even trying." This monumental connard has still to pay Duff and Duffer the amount he contracted for the asset transfer to Sevco The dynamic duo are still refusing to transfer the old bust blue bigot Spl share for transmission to Dundee and Green is crowing about other clubs' financial weaknesses! Gee whizz.

I'm getting pissed off with Sevco already.

Just back from a fortnight off to find these pearls of wisdom in my inbox from someone:

"The above Company was incorporated on 11 October 1994, with a registered office at 24 Great King Street, Edinburgh.

This Company subsequently changed its name on became "The Celtic Football and Athletic Company Limited" and currently trades as Celtic Football Club.

So let us start the campaign that as the old Company folded in 1994 and was replaced by this Company, that all trophies, including the big jug, won before 1994 be stripped from their official records.

The Company that Liewell runs has a very very proud history going back all of 18 years and has won 7 titles, 6 scottish cups and 5 league cups.

Pass this info around every bear you know, get on the phone-ins and let us ensure the gloating fans of Pacific Shelf 595 Limited that we are not the first to think about a change of name, and that it doesnt necessarily mean that previous history is lost."

Said e-mail has been sent to just about every media outlet going. God knows why I got it. It doesn't actually say who the "above company" is.

They don't seem to understand that the other cheek were never liquidated.

Was wondering if you would kindly supply us with all the other songs sang during the game?

No?

Didn't think so. dry.gif

Totally agree here,is this The Rangers yet again trying to gloss over the truth with selective material. We all heard the songs, and i would love to know the new words to the song where you add in the bit of telling Bobby Sands to go feck himself.......unless there aren't any new words for it blink.gif
