bennett
The SFA/SFL rules have to be adhered to......either Sevco FC want to be in the SFL Division3 or not.....them's the rules. Media rights are collective of the league they are in. Exactly and why the SIL (spl) should keep their greedy paws off them.
Caledonian
So despite all the shenanigans have we got a license yet. The STV statement is not categoric. There are phrases like 'expected to' and 'STV understands'.
sjc
He had a 'letter of comfort', co-signed by Joanna Lovely and Crown Prince Albert of Monaco, confirming that he was, in fact., 'pure minted'. Craig Whyte had a Prince Albert ?! I bet Joanna Lumley loved that tickling her fancy
westcoast
Seville Calculator as someone said before = deflection. compare with there were about 20 chelsea fans in Manchester wearing rangers tops and they caused a bit of a stramash. Deal with reality and do yourself a favour. Those clouds ain't for sitting on let alone building castles.
Tenpot
Like I said every club has it's problems not just Rangers , do I deny the problems Rangers have , not at all
Baxter Parp
SPL want to investigate if Rangers have used EBT to gain an advantage Rangers simply want to have the right to legally challenge the findings of this investigation if they dont agree with them, SPL want to deny Rangers this so they can be judge jury and executioner Fine. Them's the rules, don't like it, piss off.
bennett
The STV statement is not categoric. There are phrases like 'expected to' and 'STV understands'. Wish they'd hurry up and confirm if we're getting one or not, it's making me all tetchy and my f5 is about worn out.
sjc
The STV statement is not categoric. There are phrases like 'expected to' and 'STV understands'. That's a bit like when Jim Traynor was "expecting" Sevco FC to be voted into the SPL by the SPL Club Bank Managers.
dee eff cee
Seeing as we have a large number of Sevco fans here tonight, how are season ticket sales going?
Araminta Moonbeam QC
Craig Whyte had a Prince Albert ?! Although, when they were interviewing porn king/tax adviser Paul Baxendale-Walker, you could see a large collection of sex toys in the background.
bennett
Fine. Them's the rules, don't like it, piss off. It's not the rules though, the SFA have already confirmed that they should handle any appeal and this is why the SIL (spl) want us to waive the right of appeal.
bennett
Seeing as we have a large number of Sevco fans here tonight, how are season ticket sales going? We have no license so obviously season ticket sales are suspended until this is sorted out
Invalid Probe
Not how I read it. Rangers will have the right to defend themselves. The SPL had originally said that if their enquiries turn up to have found wrong doing they would take it further. Rangers are saying they dont want things to be taken further. Wonder why???? Because everyone knows they are guilty and that they cheated their way to ten years of success. sevco can always take it to civil court.

sjc
Like I said every club has it's problems not just Rangers , do I deny the problems Rangers have , not at all comparing Rangers/Sevco's problems with other Club problems would be a bit like saying my £500 overdraft was on a par with the Greek bailout !
Newbornbairn
Although, when they were interviewing porn king/tax adviser Paul Baxendale-Walker, you could see a large collection of sex toys in the background. That's being rather rude towards the Sevco squad isn't it? Rude, but accurate.
dee eff cee
We have no license so obviously season ticket sales are suspended until this is sorted out Ok, cutting it fine, eh? Thought Green had sold about 400 the other week. I understand the Club Deck debenture holders have been shafted - is that correct?
Gaz
Rangers have not released any season tickets yet So how come "Rangers" were releasing figures of season ticket sales a few weeks ago?
bennett
Where? Strange that you cut out most of my quote but i assume you mean the right of appeal to the SFA over the allegded dual contracts. "The contracts issue is being dealt with by the Scottish Premier League. The SFA would be the appeals body in the event that the SPL decision is disputed" http://sport.stv.tv/football/scottish-premier/111450-ibrox-crisis-the-penalties-that-charles-greens-rangers-could-face/
