Monkey Tennis
Thanks for the responses. WeeHectorPar
They 'retired' the No 12 and dedicated it to the fans. The 12th man if you like, to say thanks for all their support. Snigger Sorry. Quite appropriate as that's about the number of loyal supporters they will have in a year's time.

Claymores
It seems entirely plausible. In fact the UEFA story seems the least likely explanation, given A) they've already said they want nothing to do with it, B) they have repeatedly said that they frown on clubs not paying football debts, and C) Green is running a 3rd division Scottish club with no european involvement for at least 4 years. I'm sure the real story lies entirely behind the reason not to award the club an SFA license as yet. If we look at the possibilities in turn: It's to do with title stripping: this seems unlikely, as the SFA could do this whenever they like, irrespective of granting a license. It's to do with the transfer embargo: possible, but a one month reprieve seems long enough to sell the senior players on big wages and to buy in a set of players capable of winning division two. Unless, there's zero working capital. It's to do with BPH: If Green is the only person to know BPH's true identity, then it accounts for the fact he's not at the most important meeting the club are involved in. It's also ridiculous that this information hasn't been forthcoming before now, given that it is a prerequisite for membership. Is anybody keeping track to see if any other shareholders remain to emerge? Of course, there was also that story about CW jetting out to Geneva on the same day, but given that there was no corroborating evidence, I'm pretty sure that was entirely BS. I agree it's tough to keep track when Timmaloys introduce red herrings all over the place about Whyte (I'd read the one about him going to Geneva!). I've been busy with real work this week (!) but first got the drift when it was pointed-out that Chas claimed he was flying to Zurich to see UEFA..........a bit like flying to East Midlands for a crunch meeting @ Hampden!. I'd be worried if a 'Rangers' fan who looks at it objectively - as you say, wherever Chas has gone MUST be more important than the philibusting talks at Hampden. Do you agree?
Big G...
They really are a source of much merriment here in work. On hearing that they have drawn East Fife at home in the League Cup, my Blue colleague announced that there would only be about 30,000 there " as there isn't as much interest in the diddy cup as there is in the League!!"

WeeHectorPar
Just got back from the Headbangers' Convention that is RM. Can't believe I've lasted so long over there. It really is hard work spouting out shit on a daily basis just to keep up with the numbskulls. However, with a reputation of +50 I should be able to keep going a bit longer. How are other infiltrators doing?
Guest Pampered Adolescent
In a week that could ultimately end old Rangers and newco Rangers it has been overly quiet. Has Green been dragging his feet over the membership as he has got fed up and wants out? I can but dream. Huistrinho
I'd be worried if a 'Rangers' fan who looks at it objectively - as you say, wherever Chas has gone MUST be more important than the philibusting talks at Hampden. Do you agree? Realisation kicked in for me several months ago! It started with the ridiculous agreement of an asset sale (purportedly of 1.5 million for Ibrox and MP + 3.5 million for D&P... er... TUPE'd contracts) before the results of the never-going-to-happen CVA were known. Why not perform a fire sale separately? The final nail in the coffin for me was Green's first act of trying to get in season ticket money by promising fans a vote on the name of Murray park, when nothing could be less important. The BPH fiasco just gives more credence to my existing thoughts that something extremely dodgy is going on. The fact that there's still uncertainty with just one week to go before the season kicks off is just another in a long list of screw ups by those in charge (of Sevco and the SFA). meanmistermustard
Do you get fined if you dont have the sufficient number of players on the bench in SFL3. Newco had enough numbers for a starting 11 with 5 on the bench until Hemmings got injured. If so what happens when you cant pay the fine?
