Oh no, but he's gonna invest it all in rangers if he wins and passes the fit & proper person test.

Then again, rangers will be long dead by the time the case is finished and he cannot possibly pass the test surely. Just prolonging the agony for them by giving them false hope

@MattLindsayET: Glasgow-born, South Africa-based businessman King will sue Murray for non-disclosure of the Ibrox club's full financial position. #rfc

Thats not the Dave King King, who faces or has faced more than 300 charges for racketeering and money laundering/tax evasion allegedly?

Who is Dave King?

Extremely wealthy, extremely dodgy South African based ex-pat. Currently up to his eye balls in litigation and constantly in court facing battles versus the South African tax authorities. He's Craig Whyte with money, basically. He'll never in a month of Sundays pass a fit and proper persons test.

Dave King speaks

Good work again from STV to get this published so quickly

I kid you not - this was the google ad below King's statement. I'm not technically savy enough to save it as a screen capture and post it.

Liquidation inevitable

Glorious.

When the Big Hoose is closed down, even if it is for a temporary period, then they must be stripped of all their trophies, and any claims to their trophies.

None of this five-star, 'the most successful league side in the world' pish should survive. Their history should be wiped out.

Administration

I do not believe that there is a reasonable prospect that the company can come out of administration. I believe that liquidation is inevitable.

:D Let's hope you are right
