Tryfield
The head of the Green Knights. Rather unsuccessful former CEO of a run of the mill English side (sound like anyone we know in the current SPL set-up?), who then dabbled in Sports Agency work to no great effect and seems to think he has the answers to this conundrum. Claymores
Don't worry, I wasna being serious ffs. I suspected not, but there are some getting a bit carried away - there were a few Tim skelpers on Superscoreboard last night calling for Ranjurs 9 in a row to be overturned and had to be told to go away!!!!

ray_of_licht
...those who say – and there are many of them – that the club cannot and should not be held responsible for Craig Whyte’s actions, are laid bare in all this for what they are – cowards who refuse to face the facts... This should be a time for reflection and introspection within at Rangers Mr McCoist, not simply more of the loud, boorish fingerpointing without. PeeTeeJag
"THE Old Firm last night insisted they must be allowed to quit Scottish football — because the SPL is better off without them." They got that right. Gers chief Bain said: "I see Rangers somewhere else in the next ten years." Edited May 11, 2012 by PeeTeeJag

iceblink
Ayr United League Cup 2001-02. Fcuk that. We don't do tainted. You can have it as long as your club didn't try and profit by selling any merchandise with the Rangers logo on it. Deal. 1 kick for every Ayr fan who were at Hampden that day. He'd be changing his name to Andrea.
davidmcc
At last we finally beat the 9 men to win our first League Cup. For the pain I felt that day I f*ck*n hope so. Can we do a retrospective lap of honour just as long as we don't haveto pay the bonuses?
HibeeJibee
For me, the damning aspect of the SFA's report isn't really that Rangers conduct after Whyte took control was serious - it's that nobody within the club did anything. Whyte stopped all financial reports to everyone, appointed Gordon Smith to a non-existant job, etc. but no-one said anything anywhere. As a slight aside, the SFA's (perhaps surprisingly) scathing report against the SPL's (utterly predictable) corrupt mewling suggests that there is merit in not having everything governed from under the one banner as has often been promoted. Checks and balances, checks and balances... A position I've long advocated.
madball
Instead of flags at half mast when they die... what is the appropriate protocol for acknowledging the death of someone you despise? Do we need to buy bigger flags and flagpoles??

Seannachie Ruadh
Just read leggo's latest blog....He has gone way past being a source of amusement...his 'tale so sprinkled with gold dust' indicates he's seriously unwell. Is there a doctor in the (big) house?
