Looks like the corporate investors are cutting their losses and running before it all goes tits up again

What if they're Timmy investors who want splash the money they've made from short selling on a new yacht in Monaco?

Any idea how long the UTTT is going to take? Surely can't drag out as long as the first one - after all nearly half the cases aren't under appeal, what with the evidence not having been shredded in time being freely available or rangers admitting liability.

This.

Why Hellboy and Ted adopt totally entrenched positions on a subject they can't know the details of, I've no idea.

FWIW, I'd imagine that the term "reached agreement" means a compromise of sorts has been achieved, which formally ends his Rangers contract enabling him to sign a new one somewhere else, and sees some money change hands to ease the process.

Remember, It was Green's regime that 'sacked' him, a regime no longer in charge.

I don't think anyone can state with certainty that money hasn't been paid to Sandaza and I don't think anyone can speculate with confidence about it being half his remaining salary.

I think though that the questionable nature of the dismissal in the first place, coupled with this ambiguous statement, suggests that it's been more than simply a release from a contract that we all already thought had been torn up.

MT when Sandaza got the sack from Rangers back in April he contested the decision after Rangers terminated his contract. It is a terminated contract pending an appeal for unfair dismissal.

Now in July this year Rangers have agreed with Sandaza to terminate his contract for a second time ! WHY ?.

It is blatantly obvious that Rangers under the SFL appeal would not win their case as Tommy the taxi driver is not a registered football agent and in his contract it probably doesn't say he can't reveal details of his contract to general members of the public at large.

Tedi stance is just plain stupid and not thought out on the evidence provided from day one ie Rangers sacked him and if Rangers had won the appeal or would win it then there is no need to re-terminate a contract that was already terminated if the club had probable cause to have terminated Sandaza's contract in the first place.

Personally on the actual evidence provided so far is that Rangers were going to lose the appeal and have settled out of court so to say and have now formally terminated Sandaza's contract with Sandaza's agreement and now have settled on compensation still to be revealed.

Why has Sandaza agreed to terminate his contract ? because he'll never pull on a Rangers jersey ever again after that phone call and could have stayed at Ibrox taking a huge wage for doing nothing.

This one Tedi?

Firefighters have been called to a major blaze at a coach firm's garage.

Crews, including six fire engines, attended the incident at the garage in the Salsburgh area of North Lanarkshire at around 2.30am on Saturday, following a string of calls from concerned members of the public.

Extra resources were brought in from Coatbridge, Motherwell and Cumbernauld community fire stations due to the size and nature of the blaze, which includes a number of gas cylinders on the site, the fire service said.

A spokesperson from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: "Firefighters are currently tackling the fire using six main water jets including one from a specialist height vehicle."

Crews are expected to remain at the scene for some time.

A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said officers had attended the incident to assist with road traffic coordination.

At that particular time D & P did state that liquidation was unlikely and as they are more qualified than you on this subject I would think it would be only correct to listen to the better qualified person. The fact that HMRC pushed the PLC into liquidation because of Whites wrongdoings is neither here nor there as in fact I would still take a qualified persons opinion and advice rather than that of a person that lifted my litter at Ibrox, wouldn't you.

HMRC also thought they were on a winner with the EBTs! :) How did that work out? (Rangers won on away goals?)

hellboy's not wrong all the time you know!

Requisition! Nobody was expecting that.

Only if it was a Spanish Requisition...

ETA: Beaten to it as usual - you need to be sitting on this thread 24/7, and there's more to life than P & B! :)

So you personally know Tommy then i assume?

And nice to see a finely tuned legal mind in action, you could be the next Paul McBride Celtic hero imo.

I suppose when you make so many guesses you have to guess correctly once or twice. Law of averages.
