eindhovendee
Anyone see the Suns article on Craig Mather. Fine journalism. The tycoon’s appointment was unanimously backed by fellow directors — despite reports that he was considered too close to predecessor Green, 59. Is there no normal rich people that want to give The Rangers money ?

cyderspaceman
People need to stop posting Leggo as a stick to beat Rangers fans with. I am on record as not taking a word of what he says as truth as are others from here. Nobody believes his pish but you still post it. It's hilarious. bennett
So, let’s fast forward to later this year. Craig Whyte is lifted. Now let’s fast forward again, this time to the early part of next year. A High Court Judge tells Craig Whyte he has been found guilty of perpetrating a massive fraud on one of Scotland’s most venerable institutions, adding that legally Craig Whyte never owned Rangers and that the Rangers shareholding should revert to the position it was in, in April 2011. Pandemonium! Let’s leave it to the most skilled and expensive of m’learned friends to work that one out and to come to an accommodation with those who are the current shareholders. For the moment, let us turn our attention to football matters. To what such a judgement would mean to the Stewart Regan-Peter Lawwell-Rod Petrie-SFA Axis and to the Neil Doncaster-Peter Lawwell-Eric Riley-Rod Petrie-SPL Axis. At a stroke it would nullify any crime committed against the law of the land or the rules of the football authorities during the period when Craig Whyte laid fraudulent claim to owning Rangers. So, no problem for Rangers with withheld PAYE and VAT, meaning no Administration. So, no ten point deduction by the SPL in February 2012. An action which gifted Celtic the title last season. And no Liquidation. Leading to no need for Rangers to apply for the transfer of their SPL share from Oldco to Newco and the SPL’s subsequent refusal. Meaning Rangers should have been competing in the SPL this season. Something which would also cast doubt on Celtic’s second successive title. Fucking superb, and this is from a Rangers man. No wonder they are fucked. Tom English was discussing something similar with Spiers around a month or so ago, they weren't sure what would happen. lawsuits and clusterf**ks all round i'd guess. Hellboy might know though.
bennett
We are living in turbulent times. And it definitely is not over yet. Important we all know where Rangers are, otherwise how can anyone work out how to get to where they want to get to. As ever Paul McConville does a sound job. Hopefully none of his enemies will have any issue with his post today, as it is merely a summary of facts, backed up with some factual legal background information. A recommended read, especially those in denial. http://scotslawthoughts.wordpress.com/2013/04/25/the-easdale-brothers-rangers-shares-fit-and-proper-and-charles-green/#more-3573 Has honest Paul paid the miners yet? bennett
Amongst the other pish - the disgraced bungler questions if Easdale is a fit and proper person. lol Strange when you consider that McConvilles excuse for not paying the miners was that he was inept rather than crooked.
Shades75
Amongst the other pish - the disgraced bungler questions if Easdale is a fit and proper person. lol Is he, though? Or is he just the latest in a long line of shysters who will happily fleece anyone willing to put a pound into Rangers in good faith. I'd hope, and it seems that it might well be the case, that there are some who are on Rangers side are asking these very things. It would be completely blind to allow yet another crook access to the clubs (companies?) finances again. Even if they are, "the only show in town".
Bookies Love Me
Amongst the other pish - the disgraced bungler questions if Easdale is a fit and proper person. lol Sometimes I've been known to speak a lot of pish. I'm not a disgraced bungler though. Question: Is Easdale a fit and proper person for the rangers community, or don't your support care and just want to limp from season to season going nowhere fast?

No8.
Is Stevie Malcom the guy with the aquarium that wraps round this massive house, situated close to some golf course? Been told that there is more water in this gold fish bowl than it would take to fill an Olympic swimming pool, not bad for a taxi firm tycoon. That's the one Tedi. He built Scotland's most expensive New Build house at £9 million. It is at Gleneagles. He's done not bad for a Feg
Shades75
Have the miners got their money yet? This would be a rather tedious place if any statement, press release or newspaper article which was born at Ibrox was met with the question; "Have the creditors been paid yet?".
