Are you stupid? I referred to the Celticminded blogs and websites used by the P&Bers, as in websites and blog run by Celtic fans - celticminded. Yet you get all offended over this

Bhairn will have to up his game if he's to compete with you, for the end of year f**ktard cup.

It's nice to see Tedi has resorted to slating Celtic for....... errrm....... winning games

I know. Could be worse though - he could be slagging Celtic for losing to Stirling Albion, getting bombed out of the cup by Queen of the South and then getting ridden like a knackered pony by ICT.

Except, that wasn't us, was it?

Some of us wold rather talk about the fitba and other related stuff but Norman and his P&B chums see this as some sort of moral battle against ra big bad Rangers.

I dont think anyone sees it as some sort of moral battle.

I think people just want to have a discussion about certain items that appear in the press/blogs. Hence why we have this thread.

If anyone wants to talk about the football, then there is the main 3rd div forum to post on. why bother coming on this forum?

If anyone wants to have a discussion about the administration/liquidation/rebirth of rangers then there is a forum to do so. Its a great pity that some folk are intent on not letting people do this. It comes across that, anytime a new topic for discussion comes up, there are a group of folk ready to jump on it, de-rail it and attempt to lower any discussion into name calling and abuse.

Christ, there's folk complaining that people are c&p'ing stuff.... surely that's the point, you do so, to bring it to others attention, to discuss the merits of a blog or article.... if after discussion people form their own opinion that its of note, or shite, then thats fine... it's a great pity that this is not allowed to take place.

Take for example the share issue over the last few days on here, no discussion has really taken place... some people have it as shares in the club, some in the company... people ask, so if in the club, what happenned to the old shares in the club, why are they no longer valid! a pretty important point i'm sure you'd agree.

People want to discuss the structure of the shares and what voting rights or control they give, again, no opportunity is given as immediatly it decends into stupid tit for tat pish.

The old shares were held by the company that is being liquidated; The Rangers Football Club Public Limited Company, the former owners of the club. Any investmernt under Green will be into The Rangers International Football Club PLC,who will become the owners of the club. And before we get this new club, old club crap,i have my wifes' share certificate in front of me,stating The Rangers Football Club PLC under the common seal of the Company.. The old shares under The Rangers Football Club PLC are now or are about to be defunct after formal liquidation of the PLC. Anyone that is investing is investing in the Company that operates the business, the business in this case being football.

I have to say, I do agree with this. tongue.gif Seriously though, still unsure about the players being demanded payment from rangers that broke yesterday. Can we all assume it's a story that has no foothold.
And you can f**k off as well. <IMG class=bbc_emoticon alt=:P src="http://www.pieandbovril.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif"> <BR><BR><BR>ETA tongue sticking out Edited by ThirdrockfromtheSon

So under what circumstances could the club cease to be?

In your world at least.

Ibrox padlocked, no transference of SFA membership, no fans left supporting a team playing out of Ibrox called Rangers

None of these things have happened in any world

You're wasting your time responding,Tedi. People ask to debate this share issue but when you respond some tosspot will always refer to this, hoping for an argument. It's been done a hundred times. Total waste of time.

Tosspot? I am debating the share issue. I am interested in what you are buying and what happens if it goes tits up.

I asked this question earlier and am still waiting on an answer

Are any of the berrzzz on here willing to agree that if one of the entities in the share issues goes bust then that is the end of Rangers (again)?

If so, which entity would it be?

And if there is an entity that could go bust that isn't Rangers (RIP), why would you invest in it?
