FAIL .. ya spanner

"Usage Note: Throughout most of its history in English myriad was used as a noun, as in a myriad of men. In the 19th century it began to be used in poetry as an adjective, as in myriad men. Both usages in English are acceptable, as in Samuel Taylor Coleridge's "Myriad myriads of lives." This poetic, adjectival use became so well entrenched generally that many people came to consider it as the only correct use. In fact, both uses in English are parallel with those of the original ancient Greek. The Greek word murias, from which myriad derives, could be used as either a noun or an adjective, but the noun murias was used in general prose and in mathematics while the adjective murias was used only in poetry"

But then if you KNOW YOUR HISTORY !!!!

Who gives a f**k?

Maybe we can ditch the pessimism now guys. Newco are heading for the Third Division - at best. :)

I hope your right.

They seem hell bent on getting them into the SFL 1, which is even more unacceptable than them entering the SPL.

Have you actually contributed anything to this debate at all..?? huh.gif All you do is grab on to someone else's post and argue for the sake of it. You must have a really sad and lonely existence, I pity you.

Was shitting myself that that vote would be delayed so delighted that the no is resounding and overwhelming, the right decision by a country mile. Hopefully the SFL wont buckle under the blackmail and threats of Regan and SFL3 is where the newco start up.

Hopefully now SKY and ESPN will issue their intentions (tho it sounded on Sportsound last night that ESPN were off) and clubs can deal with it. Am now of the opinion that if SPL clubs are to go bust then so be it, to bank your whole existance on a tv deal is incompetence of staggering levels. Let them come back in a new guise and scottish football can become healthy from the roots instead of limping on every year dreading a call from the bank.

Finally Doncaster is the most inept, useless, misinformed, out of touch, arse in Scottish Football - and considering who is in Scottish Football that is some achievement.

If Doncaster cant convince his own member clubs chairmen that a yes vote will save them £16,000,000 then how can he convince sfl teams chairmen that they will lose £2,000,000

Suggestions of a vote deferral were the actions of a dying rat. He is finished.
