welshbairn
Herald boy on Newsnight Scotland, Wilson - more a cunto than Rangers blogger. Says it all for main stream media The blogger, Chris Graham, knows how to get the SPL and SFA on side. "Give us any penalties, points or financial, for dual contracts, cheating the tax man, or going into liquidation, and we'll fcuk off to the SFL"
Supras
Missed all the days action but, yeah, I hope at least someone went to Ibrox dressed as the taxman to dance on their graves in front of those gates. If not - shame on you all. The story isn't over but "Rangers" certainly are - most pleasing.

Witold Sygula
lower league side with 800 or so vodka swilling right wing fuckwits.. or Airdrie ! Same thing surely? -
xbl
If a newco gets in, that sets a rather unfortunate precedent...lets say Killie finish last next season (team picked at random). Oh dear, they can't survive without SPL revenue, therefore administration, newco, rejoin SPL. They can't vote a newco in surely?
youngsy
The rules don't matter. New club, new history. NEVER LET THEM FORGET RANGERS DIED TODAY. The rules don't matter don't they! And here we are all this time people such as yourself shouting about Rangers complying to the rules as you and others see them. So which is it, do the rules matter or not,you can't have it both ways. What has happened here is that the company serial number listed with companies house has changed, the football club hasn't moved. So do the rules matter or not?
God of War
This may sound silly but, i have been a member of various forums over the years and been there when there have been upgrades and server problems on said forums which have resulted in threads being lost. Could the Mods please make sure this thread is backed up today to ensure that regardless of any unforeseen problems this thread is preserved (at least to the point of their death) I know its unlikely to happen but best be safe, after all, only a few short months ago, today and the death of Rangers was unforeseeable.

headthebaw
That bit happens nearly every year anyway. They shafted Airdrie into the first division less than a week before the first game of the season. They wouldn't think twice about any SFL club. I'm not saying it wouldn't happen, just pointing out the problems it causes
Supras
I don't really have any opinion of the newco fans - for all we know they are stand up guys. Still claiming to support Rangers is like being married to a corpse.
sweenzo
Well folks, it has been a landmark day. I'm feeling a bit emotionally spent now, and feel it is time to retire and sleep the sleep of the just. I'd like to thank you all for sharing this truly joyous day with me. It has been a blast, and I look forward to the next instalment, and the one after that....and the one after that.... Celtic next, please. You've got more chance of getting your hole with a £50 note attached to your cock, Coco. Celtic now, Celtic always! roverthemoon
Good day all around. Now everything depends on the SPL vote. For me there are three scenarios 1. They vote them back with fairly meaningless sanctions 2. They vote them back with proper sanctions 3. They tell them to do one On the downside their place in the SPL now depends on the chairmen of SPL who have about as much spine as something totally spineless so I genuinely think we can rule out number 3. Despite the mutterings of discontent not one has actually said they will definitely vote no - not even Petrie, Lawell or Gilmour So I think our best hope is 2 which will either cripple them financially for a period of time or hopefully make them say f**k you to the SPL and walk off in the huff to the bottom of the third. I'm pining my hopes on the latter. And why oh why do Rangers have a vote on whether they are readmitted. Fucking ludicrous. So a long way to go before I'll toast their final demise as they could be back debt free in the SPL next season with fairly meaningless sanctions. But I'm not letting that spoil my mood. A truly hideous club was liquidated today :D :D BEST. ADMINISTRATION. EVER
Owsley
so your saying the spl dont check teams registrations ???? just get over it rangers will be in the spl next season with maybe a slap and an sfa cup ban now go find a life zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Mr RTC has stated that Steven Davis has been imprperly registered throughout his stay at Ibrox, and what has he got wrong so far? The SPL can only deal with the documents that they are given.

roverthemoon
Reading this thread had almost been like a full time job. Worth it though I was with it from the start but have to admit to not being able to keepon top of it since the Euros started. I'm now kicking myself at my tardiness
