I thought under FFP Clubs (or is it Companies?) weren't allowed to rely on prize money from European football to remain solvent or a going concern?

In fairness that note is saying European football will have a bearing on the final amount not that they’re relying on European football to remain a going concern. The takeaway is that they need an additional £4m investment this season (starting this month) and will need an additional £3.2m next season from somewhere.
Crossbill
Does anyone know if these accounts include for compensation for Barton, Warburton and Weir? I'm guessing Pedro will have to be added to that list as well now.

Granny Danger
There’s an implication in all this that serial lier and tax cheat Dave King is not going to do the things that he said he would do. That can’t be right surely.

What a fucking state. Beautiful to see an almost mother nature type symphony of fans getting the club they deserve and vice versa. It amazes me that they STILL can't stay in the black nowadays. I sorta understood how the old Rangers managed to lose money, they had a competitive squad and paid some big wages and transfer fees but these days where is all the money going? Surely they can't be paying anywhere near the same wages as Celtic for the squad they have and Celtic and the ticket prices for both clubs are pretty much the same (at least according to the BBC Price of Football survey).
Gaz FFC
I do love the way my FB feed is full of stuff about Rangers support being the biggest and bestest and most loyal in Britain. The entire club is a bawhair from imploding but at least 16k went to Murrayfield eh
