The Second Andy Goram
You know if you let them go you need to pay up the contracts... unless someone will give you money for them Mutual Agreement so both can move on with their careers?

Monkey Tennis
Mutual Agreement so both can move on with their careers? That has to be balanced with any likely financial hit they'd take. Unless a decent deal was in place for them elsewhere, they'd be inclined to sit tight.
The Second Andy Goram
They wouldn't have signed for RIFC, if they wanted to move on with their careers. Whats Rhode Island Football Club got to do with anything?

Wouldn't expect them to go for nothing, but doubt the full contracts would have to be payed up if either could find a club to take them like McGregor did with Hibs.
The_Kincardine
Yesterday we were naive again and it played right in to Falkirk's hands, we need to be more organised/tighter, we need toughen up and get someone in who can dish it out a bit, a bit of directness wouldn't go amiss as we take too long to set up attacks. A good point well made, Ben. Every successful Rangers team has had a 'blood and snotters' bloke who'd put a bit of stick about. Even under Wee Dick (when we played some of the best football Scotland has ever seen) we'd Moore and The Baileys' Imbiber who didn't take any shit. I think Warburton has the gist of a good team. A wee bit of backbone would transform us.

How good would the football have been if your old dead club had signed the squad on properly registered contracts, paying the appropriate amount of tax?

Romancing about a team they couldn't afford and buying success rather than achieving on merit. #ebtmemories.

Ken Fitlike
wibble I'd 'wibble' if my club died and I had to pretend a spivs' pension fund generating scheme was actually still that club.
