fafc1885
Paterson plays for Northern Ireland if it was the jorno boys should be sacked. No he doesn't, that's Martin Paterson you're on about there. Ian Henderson was mentioned in the papers because Strachan said during ITV's FA Cup highlights on Saturday night something like he'll have to look at him because he's eligible for us but it did sound like he wasn't really being serious. callum-ayr
The Paterson link is in the express today. He scored a hattrick against West Ham on Sunday and is only 22. He's got Scottish parents. No idea about Henderson. This was on The FA Cup highlights which Strachan was co presenting on. They finished the Rochdale game and the other guy, can't quite remember him, said to Strachan "You do know he is eleigible to play for Scotland". Strachan just sort of laughed, looked nervous as he had no clue what to say, then said, "Where are all these strikers when we need them?" Cringed at it, he obviously didn't want to come out with the whole, he's League 2 and shite response.

RandomGuy.
He looked a massive prospect a few years back before getting injured, seems to have faded into obscurity since then. Probably worth keeping an eye on though

Gordopolis
Cairney's worth a look, definitely. Interesting to see Rhodes wasn't in Rovers' squad tonight. Injured, as the club claim, or is there a bid coming in or on the table?

Probably worth keeping an eye on though Blackburn fans rave about him, he's only on loan from Hull still I think? 22 aswell definitely worth a punt, can take a free kick too! Gordopolis
This is Blackburn. I'd generally take any official club statement with a fist full of salt. Yep. Apparently they are on the cusp of falling foul of the Financial Fair Play ruling, so this might be behind the recent change of tone from the club re selling Rhodes (Bowyer said yesterday they would sell him for the right price after previously issuing a 'not at any price' message)

RobbieD
Although he might still technically be eligible, Sam Gallagher is finished with Scotland now. SFA won't ever call up someone who has played for us at one level and then chose to play for another nation (England in this case) even if he never gets a full cap by that nation.
