Grand Theft Auto V

I stuck this on for the first time on the PS5 the other night.  I dunno if it's my imagination (and possibly having a new TV since the last I played it as well) but it seems to look and run a lot better on the PS5 than it did on my PS4.  The load times are noticeably shorter anyway.

Just about every PS4 game gets a resolution and/or a frame rate boost on PS5. You'll especially notice it if you have gone from an original model PS4 to PS5.

The VLs at Resetera have a log of all improvements here

Played GTAO for the first time in about a year. I lasted an impressive 30 minutes until someone blew up my delivery and I lost 250K I'm so baffled people can still play it tbh, it would still be fun to me if you could go two steps without being griefed.

Watching Free Guy with the kids the other night. I said that the world it is set in looks a bit like GTA - now my 11 year old daughter wants to play it.

My ma bought me GTA 3 when I was that age and I basically turned out fine.

I remember convincing my auld man to buy me a game in the Blockbuster bargain bin, it was like £1.99 on the PS2. "Manhunt" was the game, my mother walked in as I was executing someone with a plastic bag and she was not in the least bit pleased with my dad.

I managed to convince my mum to get me GTA3 for my 11th birthday. I think she got it mixed up with Gran Turismo.

My brother (who was 4 at the time) used to play it when I was at school. Came in one day with my maw in a rager because he'd called her a b*****d. Apparently a police officer had said it when he was playing GTA so he assumed it was fine.
