Meantime Hearts have dispensed with Gary Locke after an eventful 15 months or so. He is replaced by some combination of Craig Levein and Robbie Neilson. It's not immediately clear who will have team selection responsibilities but for the moment I'll presume it's Levein. He has almost a two year lead on Neil Lennon. Just 10 current managers have been in charge more than 2 years (Mark Roberts will make that 11 later this week provided nobody higher loses their job before then).
