The Ref's are paid to enforce the Rules of Football which are the same irrespective of what division you are Refereeing in. I'm pretty sure the Scottish refs would be pretty happy with that given that there are more of them at the elite level of football than there are Scottish players. As STV is predominantly West coast biased, perhaps they were referring to the fact they are iunablr to report any team not in Glasgow (read Govan) so perhaps it's the number of mind numbing reports about Sevco, and them being top of their 'Teams we have reported on' League?
