Scary Bear
Davie McGurn is looking an awful lot like Brian Reid these days... http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-match-reports/hamilton-academicals-1-raith-rovers-2475221 I mean FFS, didn't the initials BR on his shirt set any alarm bells ringing? Ah, the good old Record. Gavin Berry again? Oh oh spaghetti ohs!

Ludo*1
Dundee United chief executive Scott Gardiner has emerged as a contender to to fill the same role at Rangers. (The Scottish Sun, The Daily Record) Link.
Dunning1874
After much panic, not least from myself, I think we can safely count The Sun's pish about Allan Moore getting a new contract as a shocker. Completely untrue and no one has a clue where they got it from.
Gaz FFC
It kind of belongs here but in a slight different tone to other posts but I notice a few of today's tabloids ran the story that Falkirk had given Sevco half the ground for the cup match later this month. Basically the story here is we've given them the same allocation they've had the last 2 cup matches at TFS and the same allocation they will get the next time they visit for a cup game. Wonder if the tabloids will run the story that Cowdenbeath will get the away end of the main stand for their visit next weekend?
Boghead ranter
Wonder if the tabloids will run the story that Cowdenbeath will get the away end of the main stand for their visit next weekend? depends how many "ex-old firm" angles (no matter how tenuous) they can link in. Jan Vojáček
"The Sons won a penalty when Paul McGinn fouled Connor McDonald in the box early in the second half and Chris Turner converted." The always excellent BBC sport website,a quick glance at the team lines would tell the journo who wrote this that Paul McGinn plays for Dumbarton and Connor McDonald plays for Livingston. Jan Vojáček
Don't know if anyone else noticed this on sportscene a few weeks ago. Both Mackay and as Scobbie are no.
Dunning1874
More BBC sloppiness. Despite the fact they're televising it and have the kick-off time as 18:00 beneath the headline, both the live scores bit on the football homepage and the heading of their match preview have the kick-off time for Norway v Scotland as 19:00. It's been like this since yesterday and they still haven't fixed it!

speccy1984
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24969249 Sure Gallagher headered home for the 2nd and if Boyle's shot off the bar was a cross that's just showboating.
cowdenbeath
Picture of Paul Hartley giving his team instructions from the sidelines in the Sunday Mail (page 71). God knows who against as yesterday's game at Dumbarton was postponed.
