Sunday Snail had a picture of Stevie Lawleff scoring one of his goals. Another photo was tagged as him then celebrating the goal with his teammates when it is in fact Kris Doolan celebrating his opener.

You've just immortalised yourself mate.

Meant to add on our report it had a picture of Prunty with the caption "Prunty roars with delight after equalising" or something like that. The picture had Prunty in an away strip scoring against Morton at Cappielow not a home strip scoring against Falkirk at the rock. Least they got the right player I suppose.

Daily Record doing their best ahead of the Stranraer/Rangers match.

"ALLY McCOIST will remind his players of their opening day defeat to Forfar as he looks to avoid another slow start to the league season."

They did lose to Forfar - not on the opening day. Also, they have started the league season - and won. Not so slow.

"McCoist hopes that the stinging memory of that defeat will provide added motivation when they kick off their Scottish League 1 campaign at Starks Park, against Stranraer, this Saturday."

Stranraer have moved to Kirkcaldy?

To be fair it probably is what McCoist said.

From today's Sun report on the Livingston v QoS match:

Queens took the lead with a controversial penalty award from referee Alan Muir just before half time. The ball seemed to hit defender Coll Donaldson in the face but he was sent off for handball and Ryan McGuffie scored.

Interesting news. Donaldson wasn't sent off for handball. In fact, despite already being on a booking he wasn't booked and played the second 45 minutes too (he was probably Livi's best player so you'd think they'd have noticed). Neil Hastings WAS sent off about half an hour later but that doesn't merit a mention in the report.

Dumbarton claimed their first win of the season with a victory over Morton that allowed them to leapfrog their opponents in the Championship table.

Mitchel Megginson tapped the ball home for the Sons after his initial header came back off the bar.

Dougie Imrie beat Jamie Ewings to equalise from the spot to level after Scott Smith was fouled shortly after.

But Colin Nish pounced on a poor back-pass and, after the break, sub Steven McDougall headed the Sons' third.

Dumbarton : Ewings, McGinn, Graham, Barry, Scott Smith, Turner, Ian Murray, Agnew (Prunty 83),Gilhaney, Megginson (McDougall 61), Nish (Fleming 70). Subs Not Used: Grindlay, Kevin Smith, Horne, McKerracher

So much fail in the BBC's report of today's DFC/GMFC game, in such a short report.

Megginson 'tapped home with his head. Scott Smith must have fouled himself to give away the penalty Morton got. And Ian Murray played midfield without ever leaving the technical area.

It was good this chap got a debut goal on his return to cowden,..whoever he is!

To top that the Sunday Mail report had that on loan Ranger Kane Hemmings scored our winner. Kane was released in the summer from Rangers and we signed him at the end of July.

Someone on the Morton board posted this belter of a match report from Saturday's game on the Scotsman website.

Banner headline to the "Report", Morton 1-Raith 0.....so ehhhh GMFC won, BUT we shared the points?

Incredible that, someone needs a good slap, appalling journalism, and that from The Scotsman!!

Oh dear. So much wrong in such a short report.

Still on subject, another epic fail for the Sunday Post. Their report of our 0-0 draw with Alloa at weekend had a picture allegedly of Alloa keeper Scot Bain. Sadly it was our own keeper Calum Antell that was pictured..

That Morton-Raith game must have been a classic as nine of the players made the Sunday Mail team of the day. Many of them were rated 8 and one was a 9. Accies meanwhile had outstanding players at Falkirk given 6s. Rather than give us proper league tables, with home and away records and goals for and against, they persist with this team of the day nonsense.
