Jimi Shandrix Posted November 17, 2021 Share Posted November 17, 2021 Hugely exciting news for about 3 people in that Huerco S has announced a new album, "Plonk" due for release on 25th February. He'd led people to believe that his last album, the magnificent "For Those Of You Who Have Never (And Also Those Who Have) would be his last and that he had retired to the desert to fix cars or something but 6 years on, here we are. I didn't expect another ambient masterpiece, and if the first track to appear from it is anything to go by, it's not. There is definitely more than a hint of mid 90's classic Aphex about this but it also harks back to Huerco's earlier EP's.
