Have details of the Cove fixture been confirmed yet? I couldn’t see anything on the OS, but noticed Cove have the date/time listed on their fixture list.

They were only confirmed at the tail end of the week there. I'll try to get some info published this afternoon when I have more time. But yes, Saturday at 3pm in first instance.

Fitzpatrick and Joseph both getting back to fitness, wow I just can't wait to see their contribution shooting us up the table.

Was only saying they were getting back to fitness didn't say they would improve our chances of avoiding relegation....

Think Fitz will be back soon seen him training with Joseph the other day.

He was getting a fitness assessment prior to the Raith game at home so cannot be far away from being available unless he has suffered a setback.

Has Josh Todd been any good for you lot, completely forgot he was with us last season and considering our dire need for a midfielder have we made a boo boo again?

Barely getting an opportunity under Johnstone unfortunately other than substitutions however he was injured for a few weeks.

Not sure what the injury was tbh, but he is returning to fitness now. So back soon hopefully.

Just seen this video clip on the BBC of the late Bertie Auld reminiscing about his boyhood days in Panmure Street up near Firhill.

That Panmure team song ring any bells with Doonhamers.....?

Yes, I saw that.

Is it not an old military song or something?  I'm sure I once read that somewhere.

I don't recall it being sung at Palmy when I started going (early 70s) .... and Bertie Auld would have played for the Panmuir boys club in the early 60s I'd guess.

Born in 1938 so probably playing football in Panmure Street 40s/early 50s.

Played youth football for Maryhill Harp according to Wiki.

He initially signed for Celtic in 1955.
