What has that got to do with anything? Other clubs have announced loans signings today and they have a game today as well.

Yes,  I was wondering that also.  Surely with all modern technology deals can be done without actual paperwork having to be signed/posted out right up to the end of the deadline. Is it that the SPFL won't have staff working today to administer the deals?   Even closing the window at 12 noon today would surely be a help to Clubs.

The Loans window ends in 3 days time surely we will see another couple of defenders coming in, If not its only free agents until the window opens again.... No way the team can continue with such limited choice in defence suspensions/injuries will catch up then what?........plus at the moment its a case of if your fit you play that's no good either...

We're away to Dunfermline on Saturday. I think you can probably safely say the loans window in practice ends on Friday.

THREE defenders in the squad!!  No more loan Defenders signing seems absolutely crazy!

Unfortunately for the last few years it's been more of the same. Johnstone and Clark back in the dugout and to be honest it's no different than it has been with Dobbie and Gibson, we are, apart from the first few minutes today, awful. We could be on the end of a real hiding this afternoon. The heads are down and not sure there is anyone on the bench that can lift things, and certainly not  by Johnstone. As has already been said what do they do in training? And if they do their preparation properly and look at the opposing team did no one think that Euan Murray might be a danger, clearly Buchanan didn't!

Win rate = 30.8%
Lose rate = 39.3%

Allan Johnston's Championship record:-

He is a serial failure at any level above League 1.

Which we knew when we hired him and gave him a 2 year contract.

We were too slow in sacking Naysmith which meant Johnston basically had the club over a barrel when he answered their SOS call. The position we find ourselves in all all stems back to then.

16 games without a win.
13 league games without a win - 3 points out of 39.
6 home league defeats in a row, something no previous manager has achieved.
10 goals conceded in the 3 league games so far.

Johnson will never get sacked our board don't have the balls or the money to pay him off.

The board have sacked a number of managers thatll no bother them. As for money relegation will cost the club more in the long run... No way back.....
