ALOREBURNE
Queen of the South Christmas market was excellent today, well done to all involved. Management team and the players were fantastic with the kids and really made an effort.
Benji
With January coming up, the majority of the squad are on one year contracts. Who would you like to see us try and hold onto for next season? Who's on the wish list to bring in?

Who would you like to see us try and hold onto for next season? Who's on the wish list to bring in?Unless Osman is the man for the job, a CM who is comfortable on the ball is our No. 1 priority. A natural wide player would be handy as well.
Ludo*1
To be honest, as good and better than us as you lot were - it wasn't down to Osman. He looked slow, immobile and past it. The other boy you had at CM (Is it Pybus?) was pulling more strings IMO.

We still have 2 loans to use but with our early Cup exit it would not surprise me if nobody came in in Jan We should try and get Brownlie and Murray to sign extension to there contracts but both players can sign pre contracts in Jan think both players will wait and see what offers they will get from elsewhere
football maniac
Holt is already under contract. Getting Kilday, El Bakh, Dobs, Murray, Pybus and Brownlie tied up asap should be a priority. Pybus has been such a great find and is a massive upgrade on Jacobs imo. If we could somehow get McCrorie back on loan that would be tremendous too but I highly doubt its possible. A more realistic alternative is Jamie MacDonald. The rest of our players would be squad fillers and will all be playing for contracts. Have been relatively impressed with Hamilton and Kidd has had his moments. Mercer will also more than likely be kept as he has been steady. Our big dissapointment has been Oliver who just cant get a consistent run of starts.
QoS_Blue1919
With our budget can we get any better than Osman ?His name is mentioned plenty times, especially in summer, but Iain Wilson. Started 1 league game this season (I think), and is mainly in the reserves. Some physicality in midfield is what we need. Only thing that I would question would be a lack of experience, but still an upgrade on Osman.
Steeplechat
You’ve not seen enough of Osman to make a statement like that.

It was heated but there was nothing sinister, just both sets of players looking out for each other.

palmy_cammy
Yeah that does seem quite pathetic. The “afters” were the very definition of “handbags”.
ALOREBURNE
Semple the only injury ahead of the visit of Partick tomorrow. Must say that he looked in better shape when I seen him at the Christmas event on Sunday.
