Nor why the player's age or loan status would change anything, other than the fact the process is somewhat more complicated when it is a loan not a free agent. Hence why Watson is already cleared and Semple isnt. If anyone would be happy with a merged UK national team they could let the SFA know. I would expect he has previous with these clowns .I have over the years had to deal with many of them from the very top, to most of the hingers on .The waste of money and shambles is staggering .From Farry,Topping,Fleeting ,Agnew, and countless others, self intrest knows no bounds. I once asked Farry about the think tank .I would have been better asking about a fish tank. As good as you will get at this level defensively. Not so great going forward and putting decent balls into the opposition box.
