He has, but he also has Stark blood. Plus we've already seen he can be burned, as witnessed when he saved Lord Commander Mormont at Castle Black from a wight (when Jon threw a lantern at him, and subsequently burned his hand and was shown wearing a bandage after). D'Jaffo
Thought Jon snow was meant to have targaryen blood, wouldn't that stop him burning or are we waiting on that reveal later to make him king and to get Dany to believe? He managed to burn himself in season 1 when he killed the wight that attacked Jeor Mormont. Threw a lamp at it and burnt his hand.

You never know. Was slightly disappointed that catelyn wasn't buried in the crypt and had risen, that would have been a nice nod to lady Stoneheart.Instead was maester lewin
Loki
I am not sure if it says much about the actor looking like a corpse or how good their CGI is, but I recognised that as Maester Lewin straight away [emoji23]
Stellaboz
It'd be hilarious if there's a scene of them back down there and Ned and/or Lyanna's tomb's have burst open with bones everywhere. Awkward AF.

The very first scene is them, they're talked about by numerous major characters as the main threat. Arguably the main character in the whole show has spent, at least, the past season trying to convince everyone that the Night King is the danger and literally convinces Danaerys that hes a bigger threat than Cersei. The series tagline is "Winter is Coming" as well. The White Walkers being stopped at Winterfell surely means a substantial portion of the Westeros population will continue believing that they're a myth dreamt up by the superstitious north?
mizfit
Just me who thinks that they’ll create a sequel in about 5 years which shows the night king somehow survived?

Swarley
Now Winter is over, presumably Tormund will head home? To drink and repopulate the area with his bride Brienne.
mizfit
Tormund should be given bear island.

Raise High The Roof Beams
The overall drop in the quality of the writing and its capacities for story telling seems to be down to the fact that D&D are clearly not nearly as talented GRRM at this. Was absolutely not surprised to see one half of the duo was to blame for that absolutely abhorrent Wolverine Origins film and they had been collaborating with Rian Johnson on The Lat Jedi - can perhaps explain the attempt to subvert expectations by purely veering down a shoddily arranged path and repackaging this as being as "unpredictable" much like the events of the Red Wedding. I by no means have any issues with Arya being chosen for this role but most certainly take issue with how it and much of the events of the entire series since Mountain versus The Viper have flown against the conventions of the world with GRRM sought to behold. Wish I was far more fluent in the books themselves to explain this properly but I'm sure a lot of folk on the internet will be far more properly equipped than me to explain this.
HoBNob
Not sure if it's relevant... But in the trailer for next week Cersei says about tearing them out root and stem. When Arya had old Walder Freys face on and was poisoning them all she said the exact same phrase, might be that its a really popular phrase, might be something. Buzzing.

paul-r-cfc
Will need to rewatch, but on first viewing I assumed it was Dany that said that? It definitely was. Don't think we heard Cersei speak at all in the trailer.
