It does look like Tony Stark is in the suit and controlling it when it goes for that take down move on Hulk. Also I'm not sure if it's in the latest trailer, but the first big Age of Ultron trailer seemed to show a clip of Stark in an Iron Man suit slotting into the Hulkbuster armor and then getting ready to face the Hulk. If so then between this and the fact that he's responsible for creating Ultron in the cinematic universe, it wouldn't be a surprise to see most if not all the other members of the Avengers turn on him by the end of Age of Ultron.
