It puts garbage like Ross, Wilson, Weekes, Ompreon and Hetherington that step closer to getting some game time which is horrendous news. Not really as we don't actually have to use the 5 subs if we don't want to. Therefore Wilson & Ompreon can stay firmly out the picture.

Really only the houses at the old horse field. I don't know what Spam Valley is, never heard that before. There wasn't a large FFC support in my year, mostly OF and the dons. There was a group but nothing spectacular. Spam Valley was a phrase from the 70's/80's on, where people got aspirational and took on huge mortgages. This left them with a big house but no cash so they were reduced to permanently eating spam.

Long Suffering Bairn
Spam's too dear now, about £3.00 a tin. It's pot noodles or Frey Bentos steak pie for us poor folk now. Edited January 26 by Long Suffering Bairn

(Larbert esp South Broomage was a smaller place in those days). Add in the American link with Aberdeen, can you see the risk? Might be wrong but, there wasn't a huge FFC following at Larbert High. I was in his youngest brothers year at school and HE was an Aberdeen supporter. There were however lots of Falkirk supporters in our year
Bigbri Bairn
sadly then as now a lot of schoolkids go for one side of the bigot divide. What's new is being fans of an English team because they watch them on TV
RC55 FFC
4th has to be the goal, anything else above is a bonus. I don’t think Cove or Airdrie for that matter will lose that many games.
ebobsboy
I don't think Montrose will either. Your really hoping the wheels fall off Queens Park, but they surely have to appoint a new manager at some point and if they get Jack Ross which is ambitious, then that's bad news for us.

Jack Ross has been sacked from his last 2 managerial jobs for being absolutely pish.

I'd argue the wheels have never been on Queen's Park this season tbh. It seems to have gone pretty much completely unnoticed that they are having an incredibly mediocre season. They have won 6 league games out of twenty. One third of their league wins and one fifth of their goals have originated from two games against one particular club. A complete and utter embarrassment really. It explains why they are looking for a new manager. For me, the next two games are crucial in terms of giving us a much truer indication of where we are going under this management team. We simply have to start winning games against sides of a higher level than the East Fifes and Dumbartons, something we have failed to do, with the very occasional exception, for the last two and a half years. How costly that has been
NavyBlueArmy1876
The longer Queens Park fanny about over appointing a permanent manager is good news for us I'd be very surprised if Jack Ross ended up there.
