FalkirkBairn2021
The Facebook page is genuinely the gift that keeps giving 'Lads, I'll probably take pelters for this, but I'm just putting it out there..I don't think we're going up this season (frowny face)' Oh do you think?? Let's not be too hasty here Nostradamus.

So same starting eleven as last week barring any injuries or covid drop outs. The new system and Williamson being fit for this game should hopefully cause Airdrie a lot more problems. Morrison needs to be more clinical this week as we'll need to score 2+ to win with dick & dom at the back. Could one of the FTV guys on here maybe ask Rennie in his post match interview for an update on the squad. Is Mcdaid back at Dundee? Will Ruth be staying for the season? How long the injured players are going to remain out for? And as a side piece ask him how long he reckons it'll take him to punt Mckay & Hall to buggery. This didn't age well, still FTV get the questions asked.
Trump
Doesn’t matter who we have up front, with that defence we’ve no chance of picking up any points.

Tbh, that might be fair enough if we were in the Premier League. At this level, I'm not too interested in Falkirk "losing the right way". We've lost - again. That's it. There is simply no sign of any change to the pattern that has been set pretty much since we were relegated to League One two and a half years ago. Knock a few past a rancid Clyde or Dumbarton without too many problems. The following week, against any opponent who would even come close to meeting the description of being remotely competent or organised - well, we simply are not winning games of football. 5 points from a possible 27 against today's opponents in the past three seasons sums it up - just shameful. Trust there will be significant movement on the player front this week - both in and out.
Baggio
If we don't sort out the back it really doesn't matter who is up front. Every single one were culpable today. You can't expect strikers to go out knowing they have to find 3/4 goals a game to win it.
Rocco
I can honestly see the season ticket numbers dropping dramatically next season

We’re far too wasteful
18BAIRN76
All this being said, it really does highlight how low an ebb we are at that we go into games against the likes of Airdrie expecting to lose, with our expectations more often than not going on to materialise. A thoroughly depressing place to be in. Edited January 15 by 18BAIRN76

Because he already has a job at a club several points ahead of yours?
Springfield
We got a reprieve last Saturday, today back to reality. A team which looks like it couldn’t give two Fcks, appallingly easy to beat and as posted it doesn’t matter who’s up front with that defence. Sorry but I expected better signed by now, hope they make me eat my words…………

Diamond1924
I do fear for Falkirk (pardon the pun). There’s certainly a victim complex within that club and the poor me syndrome oozes out of the players, staff and support. A deserved zero points for the bairns and another inevitable year in Cinch League 1. Enjoy

bairn88
“Expect the unexpected” has never been less applicable than now. Year after year of failure whenever the opposition is remotely up for it. Big game next week in our battle to avoid relegation playoff spot - because that’s what it is - 3 points needed.

Caractacus Potts
The depressing thing is that we will now have less points than what we finished last season after 22 games. The worst part is we have still only played 20 games.
