Kai Fotheringham, is there a player there, and at what level should he currently be playing? Seems he just followed us on Twitter (yep, it’s slow enough to be reduced to this sort of rumor).

Still a child, wouldn’t want to rely on him for more than 20 mins every few games or so at our level never mind yours.

There is. Very young & raw however. Could do well coming on from the bench. We, sadly, threw him into a pressure situation due to multiple injuries and too much expectation on him imho.

I wouldn’t have been happy with us re-signing him so I don’t see him doing much at all at championship level at this stage.

Definitely a player there, he's quick and direct but due to his build he's easily knocked off the ball which is understandable. We expected too much of him too soon but as someone has mentioned he'll be a good option off the bench when teams have tired later on.

I would take Fotheringham back. Can't imagine he'd be on much and would be fine as cover

We've also got much better full-backs than we did last season when he had no help on the wing whatsoever.

Another spell in league 1 would do him good imo, don't think he would be ready for the championship

Thank feck this clown didn’t get the gig. Spouting this nonsense if he was our manager would be embarrassing

Yeah, theres famously no pathways for kids to get into pro football at this time, and it will remain thus until 2 teams get to shoehorn their colt sides into a league system they are currently free to loan into.

Disappointing to hear Rice toe that line.

Scottish football will no doubt be the worse off now for not allowing the OF to stockpile young talent and for them to test their skills against League Two opposition.

Maybe they can set-up their own Colt league and just play against each other 36 times a year. Why do they so desperately need all our clubs to be a part of it!?

For if they ever get the opportunity to enter into another league competition. They'll wave cheerio & disappear, leaving their B team to hoover any remaining cash. With the added benefit of continuing on, if said move proves to be calamitous.

It's called having your cake & eating it.

Always thought Rice wasn't exactly the brightest and that has just confirmed it

He's starting to make Hughes look like the brains of the opperation which is some feat.

Looking forward to seeing how the Rice vs Sheerin tactical battle pans out on Saturday.

Yes Brian, it's not like 200 other senior clubs these youngsters could sign for is there?

Yeh it has multiple benefits for the Old Firm but very little for Scottish football other than John Collins and co. say so.

I thought that was pretty selfish of those 300 odd fans TBH

I won't be using my ST to apply for any games until a bit further into the season. My reason specific to be but I am sure there will be plenty of people with reasons they don't want to go yet.

So why not tell the club and allow others to go?

Anyone know what the situation is with taking food into the stadium? Has it changed or is it as normal?

Al be starving by the end of the game if I can’t eat for basically 3 hours.

You only get to bring it in if you're going to share it with everybody.
