McManus as back up We can have a trialist on the bench tomorrow anyway we’ve had Calum Erskine do it a few times and even Graham Bowman. McManus as back up I think it has been proven that a keeper could have been in place but Raith were either trying to make a stance against the governing body or run poorly off and on the park, its been mentioned that Stevenson had no gloves also till a late call to someone who provided them as they were just outside Ayr. Raw numbers, Raith have 24 players...but 1 can’t play again this season, 1 is absent for unknown reasons, 2 are loans, 5 are part-time and 3 are or were signed as modern apprentices. This includes 4 goalies, one owned, one loan, one apprentice and one pt-coach. A back-up ‘keeper of course and Id still like to see us being in another full-back (ideally someone that can play left-back), another option up front and a central midfielder so we can punt McShane into the sea.With the likes of Bell and Tidser you’d like to think there is still a bit of money there to get a few in.
