Was that not just timing? I think it started in october 2017 and there was no point handing funds over in 2018 as they weren't substantial.

It is thoroughly depressing.

I would like to see the money spent on re-introducing some sort of infrastructure into our totally shell club.

We have no reserve team , no youth or academy teams - we don't really own much. It's just Lex ...now Gary , KK, the Blazers , and Cracks & Lee and the dozen or so players plus the volunteers that turn every second Saturday. That is the club now.     

Christ we were more of a club under Fulston.

Hope to f.... if money is released it’s spent on players better than this pile of dribble. Why on earth we didn’t identify some of the young lads in this division I will never know. There has been several players we’ve faced from the top half dozen clubs, that are probably on buttons who have been head and shoulders above most of our lot. Stinks of canny be arsed by our previous managers and without the Academy it’s obvious we are toiling.

Hearing today from a very reliable source that Mr A Thomson lunged at the recently departed board member which was witnessed, and was heard to say quote “ f...k the fans” if the people who witness this act don’t act to remove this individual, I suspect that the love wanted will be the last thing on the supporters minds. Hope someone has the balls ensuring this becomes public, you know who you are....

I suspect our best January signing will be our new striker LM.

It doesnt take a genius to see that what we have now will struggle to win this league. M&M can't be that naive to expect a miraculous turnaround.

If we can get 2 or 3 useless b*****ds out on loan, maybe punt Tidser for f**k all, that would free up a few quid for a few signings/loan deals.

There has to be a some sort of shake up in the transfer window, and again at summer, whether we go up or not.

You might not get many chances to welcome fans of a certain heritage  because the Tories have a tendency to forcibly remove them from their homeland & punt them to Jamaica, purely based on their race, m8.

I have lived in Ukraine (about as socialist as it gets) and I can tell you from personal experience socialism it’s a great theory but in reality a disaster . The people there are the most racist I’ve encountered anywhere and socialism has left the ordinary people without any hope of a decent life . So don’t tell me from the comfort of your dole Cheque that you are intolerant of other political opinion.
The country voted ( it’s called a democracy ) and the winner has the right to govern . You have the right to protest but please do not bring your vile filthy attitude to a football chat site . It’s where socialism begins to turn to communism and segregating others for daring to have a different view becomes dangerous . Had your party leader realized that concept and avoided his anti Semitic vitriol then the result might have been different. I am not a Tory but I accept without them you would have no sky tv probably no football club no cheap flights or shops to buy your designer gear in . It’s very easy to be an arm chair critic and no doubt your only hope of a decent life would be to win the Tory introduced lottery. My advice to you is to spend your life fighting for what you want but don’t criticize others and keep the chat on here about football please.

Realistically had labour won socialism would not have been implemented. Near impossible to implement across one term, nor two terms. The scare mongering tactic from the Tories, and lets be realistic, labour is still full of Blairites so the corbynistas would’ve been outvoted by their own party let alone Tory, Nats, Lib dens.

 

I don’t think socialism should be an option, but the scare mongering of such was pointless as any rational observation of the Labour Party and the current parliamentary procedures would’ve rendered this mission impossible for Corbyn. Let’s put it this way, he would have an easier job with brexit than he would with t ting to implement a socialist regime

 

ETA: can we leave the politics where it’s at and carry it on in the politics forum, and get back on to talking about Falkirk .
