-Firm is registered in the UK because he doesn’t have the right to work in the U.S., but is skirting the laws by using an out-of-country investment vehicle. Not clear if it’s properly registered to conduct operations.

-He’s likely not going back to the U.S. anytime soon to avoid being personally served.

-Doesn’t really matter if he’s not personally served, if he’s non-resident and the registered owner of an entity which is properly served...check and check...he’s gonna be paying lawyers for a while.

-Zero percent chance of a U.S. residence permit or possibly even a visa if convicted.

- Played correctly, if his lawyers aren’t careful, he gets arrested when his passport hits at any U.S. port of entry...or if he attempts to transit through the U.S. without entering...gotta be careful.

-Feel pretty confident there’s gonna be another open office in that building soon...wonder if they paid November’s rent?

I think he has folded his US estate agency anyway not to mention both him and his business partner are up for sexual misconduct/Harrassment in Feb anyway that’s if he hasn’t skipped the states already.

The Falkirk BoD have gone the same way as the Sunderland BoD, and have shut down the MC caper with as little controversy as possible.
They know full well that admitting to eventually accepting the truth would make them look like utter eejits, so they simply want it ended in a politically expedient manner.

To say MC was economical with the truth is an understatement. Kick a few shell companies into life, and hope someone is gormless enough to accept it all at face value.

A fantasist and more than likely, a good old fashioned confidence trickster. We can now add two attempted football club “acquisitions” to his list of abject failures.

Still, maybe we should have just taken a punt. Where are those people now?

Probably the same ones claiming we all seem to be experts in business and investment advisers,  still dont believe he has gone from bankrupt in 2010 (running a pub) to multimillionaire in 9 years its even more ludicrous than the ones thinking he was the messiah and slating the rest of the support for being unbelievers.

No, the fact that they nominated this charlatan as their preferred bidder in the first place, drove away numerous other credible interested parties, enabled an utter fantasist to have his fifteen minutes and then some at the expense of our club and allowed the whole charade to play out over the course of more than 3 months is what makes them look like "utter eejits". But then most Falkirk fans still capable of independent thought knew this to be the case long before Mark Campbell ever appeared on the scene. This episode is merely further, final conformation that we will never progress as a football club until this whole gang have buggered off. They are a joke, just not a funny one.

Your forgot to mention after wasting 3 months of everyone’s time we are now back to square one, they knew this make it look like they will sell get the fans on board to buy merchandise, season tickets etc the wham not selling but we do want investment as we,re no putting anymore cash in so someone else can give us theirs to spend but don’t expect a say or voice on the board.

The thought of having that crew( our beloved committee) continuing to stumble from one disaster to another fills me with fear. Tex mex in charge is the current joke around town
The scariest comment was that he has picked up some ideas from MC !!!
I dread to think what that could be ?

Would be interesting to see how much we spent on lawyers and accountants over the last few months. These guys will be on hundereds of pounds per hour plus add'ons like letters, financial reports etc 100k will be not far off what we p****d against a wall.

Thing is, I really don’t think they would believe that they would look dumb with anything prior to the shutdown in “negotiations”. Remember, this is the group who gave BtB a sugar lump and sent them off with a pat on the head believing nothing would come of it, and have at least one member in their midst who sees the support as illiterate and incapable of rational thought.

It’s amazing how many people with lots of money equate that as something that marks them out as special in every aspect of life.

f**k. What about the fourth stand and the hotel in the travel hub that is Falkirk?

You should’ve listened to that Sunderland c**t you chased off here two months ago.

Think 95% of people did take heed of what the Sunderland guy said, he failed to dish the dirt and kept needlessly repeating himself though.
Unfortunately it’s the custodians of FFC that seemed intent on letting that utter chancer pull their pants doon in public

This explains why he was soo keen to move to Scotland from Manhattan, and also why he seems to spend all his time here despite him giving the illusion all his business is in the US.

I see Brooklyn Coffee is also registered in the UK.
