I certainly don’t think it will get much take up and will take nothing away from FSS. The FF certainly didn't help the FSS cause when it was announced.... The club could have just promoted the 1876 Club as an alternative. It is a transparent programme that the club has launched. It is Not some sort of underhand scheme to fleece supporters. The FSS has had no damage from FF. If it had then FF would now be full of FSS members. I would be surprised if it had 20 members. There seems an insecurity sometimes surrounding FSS. It was never sold as anything more than a donation though with the option to DD your ST. I just don’t see why you are getting in such a lather about it. It will fail, I don’t blame the club for trying though.
