He looks different gravy I've got to say. I do reckon though that another years loan to us in the championship next season would be excellent experience for him.  Please.🙏

He will be starting for us next season.

You must have a shit hot midfield this season if he can’t even get any time off the bench. He’s looked fantastic, so confident on the ball and drives the team forward.

Don’t dare come on a Falkirk thread and call Callum Davidson a shite manager!

A man who won you 2 major cups, finished 5th, kept you in the top flight and currently has you in 8th place fairly safe from relegation.

If you want to learn what a shite manager is, then let us tell you a story about the 4 seasons prior to this one.

Coming on here and saying that is akin to telling a homeless person you sent back your fillet mignon because there was too much peppercorn sauce.

Couple of good pieces of play from Lennon Walker at the weekend, number 11 for Bo'ness. Also ex bairn Mark Stowe(number 7) setting up the winner for Linlithgow.

Whilst I'm on the youngster front saw the shire posted this on twitter, with us not having a game this weekend not a bad option if you fancy taking a look at Scott Honeyman or Kyle Connolly they've both been starting regularly.

On an entirely different topic, reading an article about the Hearts foundation, close on 8700 fan’s contributing around £142K monthly. Pretty mind blowing that there’s £17M invested yearly as an additional income source.

Wow!

Power of compounding is immense in Edinburgh.

142k x 12 = 1.7M

Or averages about £16 per person a month. They have 15,500 season ticket holders so around 56% of those pay in

That was born out of a complete crisis though with Hearts coming perilously close to going bust. Difficult to compare to our situation

Exactly.

FSS are  currently at around 34% of our adult ST holders and averaging £12/month per member. Hearts also benefit from some rich overseas members who are paying in excess of £50/month.

FoH’s biggest surge was In administration. We haven’t had that thankfully but need to drive the message that, we need to grow membership to avoid it and field a good team on the park.

At the moment it’s not possible to do either till we can grow income and/or reduce overheads to fund a £400k shortfall.

The good news FSS numbers are growing and have had a 7% rise since the turn of the year.

If we got to 56% of our STs on the same average then that would be an extra £5340/month or £64k/year. Would make overall contributions £160k/year and us the largest fan organisation outside the top 6 clubs in Scotland.

If the current membership is say 650 it might get to 1000 in the short term if we were promoted.  The target / aim should be to that 650 members to " Sign Up" one or two lapsed / ex pats / relatives that call Falkirk their team but don't go see them. The membership doesn't need to come from folks that actually go to games. I could probably get 3 people without any effort to sign up for a tenner a month, and i'm sure many other members could do the same.

I totally agree. We’ve put the information out there and currently running a prize to win 2  tickets to whoever can refer the highest number of new sign ups.

If we want FSS to work properly then we all have to help and not just the volunteers on the committee. Heard people say the FSS have never contacted me to up my subs or to move to SO. We just don’t have the resources to speak to everyone individually and have put the information out there(and will continue to do so) so hopefully goes without saying if you can afford to up your subs or want to help save money by moving to SO then we’ll be delighted to help. Subscriptions@falkirksupporters.org

Also if you have 3 ex pats you can sign up then please do so. Make sure they let us know you signed them up too so we can give you credit for the Latapy night tickets.

Sorry, can’t help, but it’s probably a Bonnybridge thing. Council Member William Buchanan would be the best guy to contact.

Apologies for bringing this up again but as some may be aware the chap who allegedly took the "famous" Calvine photo has now been named as a Kevin Russell probably now in his 50s and potentially a Falkirk fan.

Does anybody know Kevin?

If he so and he wants to be left alone I'll make sure he is from my point of view.

By the way your ex player Will Vaulks is doing fantastic for us, Sheffield Wednesday, and an absolute diamond of a bloke. Does a lot for children hospital in Sheffield

Hes our John Hughes (how he done with ICT anyway, not sure how well it matches with you).

- Early success with someone elses squad

- Squad is gradually getting worse while the money spent is going up (we've spent more in 2 windows under Davidson than the previous 4 managers spent combined. Our squad has over 30 senior players. Offered £100k for Jordan White).

- Clear feeling that momentum is backwards and we're simply circling a drain, backed up by results (we're losing more games this season than last. 6pts have come in the final 10 mins of games where we'd been losing comfortably until an opponent got sent off).

- Next manager will struggle due to what will be left (half our current line up is 30+ or on loan).

- Nobody outside the clubs supporters can see past the early success and understand why fans arent happy.

We'll almost definitely be relegated if he sees out his contract until 2025.
