The long term future and viability of Falkirk Football Club requires a physical asset and that is the stadium with the benefit of no council malevolent influence like the Goldies or the Brockville stitch up in the future. Control of the stadium enables it to work 7 days a week and be a money earner therefore financing the repayments and contributing to the team budget. McDermott Park at Perth being a good example of maximizing the business potential. Such a proposal and business plan would have widespread backing. But that's the future - hopefully.
