The Falkirk FC Thread

Recommended Posts

Time to look forward now. It’s our club. A new broom is at the helm and hopefully most will get behind them. They have to deliver of course now but at least there is a openness, a willingness to take responsibility for any mistakes and a determination to fix the long term issues we have had for numerous years.
Looking forward to the new season now

Any former director who wants to keep themselves relevant by grinding their axes with club after the c**t they made of it, can simply f**k off and never come back.

They deserve way worse than any hounding they ever got and they ought to be grateful those currently in charge are allowing them to retain what dignity they have left, rather than really opening it all up to the fans.

Absolutely bang on....the world has changed since the days of Lambies offroad test ..descending on brockville etc....but nobody involved in the last few years should be anything other than ashamed for bringing our club to its knees...& it's worst ever season...which noone will convince me that this isn't considering the advantage we have over clubs like Dumbarton etc....last time we were this low we had similar gates to those teams & were part time

BfL had been in discussion with the club about shares for members' cash long before FSS conceived. Think I'd rather have personal shares anyway than have them turned over to a fans' group.

It all depends if you want a voice or not. Given the short amount of time FSS has been in place, I would venture that in terms of financial input, they can’t be far off matching B4L already. Plus collectively, they have some direct input that 400 really small shareholdings would never have.

See that Sean Mackie has been released by Hibs, so most likely he’ll be coming our way? One of six to be let go so would  be curious to see if we can get / should get a couple of them.

Would be good but where we are at present there will be more attractive offers out there.

Its a short playing career and very few will be keen on dropping down 2 divisions.
