knee jerk reaction
Lots of talk about pitch invasions on TV now. The shameful pitch invasion by an out of shape 50+ Montrose fan at the Falkirk stadium last season was the limit though, running from the away end he dispossessed Nisbett ran through 3 midfield tackles before nutmegging Ben Hall and slotting past Mutch before being apprehended by a steward

As in a cup win, league win or a big last minute goal even. But we are seeing pitch invasions now for staying up or winning just a play off semi FFS.

Don’t think he ever saw Crunchie though. He reckoned White really was a ghost. Just this frail looking laddie who would appear from nowhere to score or set up a goal. He only had a season and a wee bit with us before Spurs came calling. My father was of the same opinion stating that his footballing brain was 2 moves ahead of everybody else on the park and a lot of the fans. Dennis Law once said 'If John had lived Scotland would have qualified for the 66 world and England would not have won it'

kiddy
Can mind Richie fi the Elliots bus invading the park to celebrate wi Andy Nicol, who'd just scored at the Merkland Road end of Pitoddrie. It was the look on Gordon Marshalls face, as if to say "where the fcuks he going?", as he tore past him from out of the Beach End.

Another player we turned to dug meat I don't think that ones on us, from the outside looking in it just looked like he couldn't be bothered getting himself fully fit. He was unlucky with injuries but he never ever looked to be capable of putting in a 90 minutes with us even weeks after he'd had an injury.

gav-ffc
As we had a car crash of a season very apt that on of our players had one off the pitch Quote A Dundee FC football player was fined £400 after admitting a careless driving charge. Declan McDaid was caught committing the crime in Glasgow’s Maryhill on October 31, 2021. The 26-year-old was behind the wheel of a BMW 1 series when he drove at excessive speeds. Court papers state McDaid then failed to maintain proper control of the vehicle. McDaid went on to strike an island on the road, as well as traffic lights.
