You make the point for me the support are coming to these conclusions by deduction.

The club must know what they are going to do. So tell us rather than the leaks / bullshitting.

Situation regarding the manager. Full Time confirmation. Academy. Budget. Keep the support informed and on side.

Not  to much to ask

I can tell you the situation regarding the manager if you want?

Can't tell you if we'll remain fully full-time or what's happening with an Academy though as I would imagine that can only be confirmed once they know what the budget is, which they won't know until they know how many season tickets have been bought.

They have to have the numbers for the budget it would be inept if they didn't. For without that no manager will touch us and the club needs a manager in place in the next couple of weeks to sort out the mess they have on their hands. 8 weeks to  -  Bring in their management team - Move on contracted players not in the plans - New signings - Style of play / fitness. If we muck about for 4-6 weeks with interviews we will be signing the dross nobody else wants again.

They must know geez if they dont then we are F****ed

You need to lie down, take a medicament and give your heart a break.
The season isn’t done and you are writing next off before they even appoint someone to sort the mess. You are clearly not a wee boy based on your previous posts.

Just be patient.  If the manager is in post elsewhere they won't be able to announce it till his commitments with his other club have finished. That doesn't mean they haven't discussed things with him. We don't want another McKinnon situation though.

You can’t do that with managers, players yeah, if he’s under contract you have to seek permission 1st. If a club has a whiff that we’re “discussing” then it’s Morton mk2,

If it is Murray then we are already behind in preparation. We will need to wait to see how Airdrie fare in the playoffs if they go up then I don't see him joining us. Allied to the fact it's imperative we go up asap. He just won't get the time he's had at Airdrie to build a squad capable of challenging not with the amount of dugshite under contract in our squad. He's been jettisoned at St. Mirren before having to start again at a lower level. He must know there's a very good chance it will happen again if he joins us.

If it’s Murray we’re after, It would make sense that we’ve also sounded out some of the players.

Not sure of his contract situation but if we got Murray as manager I’d want Dylan Easton as number 1 target as long as he’s one of the full time players at Airdrie and doesn’t have a decent job outside football.

Easton even as a part time player would be a significant upgrade on what we have now.

Re Mutch. He does have howlers, but some great saves too. The one thing he deserves credit for is that he actually gives a toss.

Come on anyone that thinks that these days chats between clubs and managers doesn't go on is very naive.  We made an arse of it with McKinnon by doing it far too obviously.  If a manager is going to be out of contract in the summer he's going to make sure he has a job in place.

If the McKinnon truth ever surfaced, it would show that McKinnon tapped up FFC, but of course, with the cranially challenged on our side of things, it was perhaps always destined to end as it did.

Most of the truth did surface -> https://spfl.co.uk/admin/filemanager/images/shares/pdfs/Falkirk FC- decision of independent Tribunal.pdf

TL;DR : McKinnon wanted to leave Morton, his agent Jim Sherry wrongly (and recklessly) concluded he could do so immediately (as his agent Sherry had little to lose bar reputation), FFC did zero DD on McKInnons GMFC contract despite having a solicitor as Chairman and lo we were fined.

Interestingly Mckinnon’s evidence was “not sufficiently credible to rely upon”

Mutch to Cove, Dowds confirmed to Partick, Simon Murray on a pre contract, any other murmurs going around?

Kenny Miller to get the Falkirk job and FVH  A&E to have 30 P&B regulars admitted for spontaneous combustion injuries on their exploding heads.
