He can't and won't change it as a matter of blind faith. He needs to go so we can perhaps see what this group of shit can deliver. At home against the worst team in the division and we’ve not had a single shot on goal and extremely fortunate to only be 1-0 down could very easily be 2 or 3. Not a single player being even close to being adequate the ‘style of play’ is eye bleedingly bad. He needs sacked right now. And take that fucking p***k Holt with him.
