Means they can gel in with the team also.It’s usually unlikely you’ll get loans early on. Most teams will want all their players to take part in pre season and friendlies, which will let them evaluate everyone and decide who they want to keep and who can go out on loan. You also find clubs won’t loan players out until they’ve done their own transfer business, so they can make sure they’ve got adequate cover.
