Ross Wilson worked his way up through our club to become one of the most successful sporting directors in the UK. It's not about where you start it's about who you are and where you finish. This is it for me. None of us have any idea how good he is at the role or how much of his stuff is being taken on board by the management team. He could be the next Bielsa but if they don't listen to him it's pointless. The real failing is why a club like us doesn't have this kind of infrastructure permanently and is roping in someone already employed in a completely different area of the business. Now I’d rather go a food shop on Saturday afternoon than waste my money and time with this club.There is nothing connecting the club today to the one I supported 10+ years ago and not in a positive way.I hate the stadium, hate the fucking owners, hate the people that run this club, hate the fucking managers and hate players. The cameras most certainly seem to be on some remote system as they can take ages to react to a ball getting hoofed out of shot.
