What a starting 11 that would be.

Kinda harsh on Greenwood, who, on limited minutes, looked as though he was worth a longer run in the side.

Same could have been said about Shayne Lavery.

Curious as to why Keena has been highlighted. There seems to be some sort of feeling on here that he will be the saving grace when (if) he returns from injury - given he’s not even played a full competitive game for us yet, what is that really being based on?

That's why I said 'consider' and 'with hindsight'. The jury's very much still out on Keena for me. Hopefully, come the end of the season, he'll be the first name on the team-sheet.

Lavery was a ridiculous waste. Ok at times he wasn't fully fit but should've been in the side every time he was.  Far better player than Jarvis who he kept on picking for some unknown reason.

Ruben Sammut instead of Paton imo.

A midfield pairing of TOE and Sammut, christ.

I’d trump all of them with a ‘Mark Waddington’ boy was a truly fucking appalling footballer with absolutely zero technical abilities whatsoever.

For me he’s potentially top 3 on that list. With of course Fasan and that utter c**t Lewis being the other 2.

Gotta be Harrison over Buchanan if we’re going for a worst X1.

Harrison statistically in the air was one of the best centre halves in the division, I think he would've been ok with a decent sweeper  type centre half beside him.

Buchanan gave away his captain armband away every game is his only stat

9 of that 11 signed by Hartley, need I say anymore.

Dan Turner would be in for Mackin for me, seriously the worst attacking player I've seen. I watched him in the reserves and looked like they'd asked someone of the street to play, TOE was in the same boat but had the 90s English footballer hair !

Ciaran McKenna
Ian McShane
Abdul Osman
Tom Owen-Evans
Paul Paton
Deimantas Petravicius
Zak Rudden
Mark Russell
Ruben Sammut
Nikolay Todorov
Dan Turner
Mark Waddington
Cammy Bell
Gregor Buchanan
Aidan Connolly
Rafa De Vita
Mikey Doyle
Mark Durnan
Callum Ferrie
Morgaro Gomis
Ben Hall
Denny Johnstone
Robbie Leitch

Michael Tidser
Josh Todd
Lewis Toshney
Blair Alston
Euan Devaney
Anton Dowds
Akeel Francis
Aidan Keena
Shaun Kelly

Blair Sneddon

That’s 60 players there which Id say at least 50 of them have been failures. Genuinely some skill to get player recruitment so horribly wrong over such a period of time and under 4 different managers but even managed it.

Did you manage to compile that list without bursting into tears?

I'm looking at that list and having to relive the trauma of having to watch them, Fasan single handedly sealing defeat from the jaws of victory being one of the biggest ones at Ayr and when McKinnon put Dallison up front it was good to see him trying to trouble someone elses defence rather than being one of the biggest problems in ours

“Loans are always a bit cheaper and sometimes you can get a player of a higher quality for a lower price, so to speak.”

A Mcracken quote yet we've made two loan signings this season. Makes sense us going for another back up keeper on loan but I can't understand why we're not trying to strengthen elsewhere with loans when we have 6 available this season.

Don’t think your too far off the mark regarding the game being off. From the latest infection rates in UK & Scotland, and multiple outbreaks at clubs all over, wouldn’t surprise me that this weekend for those games playable may be the last for a few weeks. High chance our FM will put football on hold till the end of February......
