Shabba
Government money was meant to make up for the shortfall in income due to Covid. How have teams like Alloa and Arbroath lost 350k more than we have? They have part-time player contracts and smaller crowds. An absolute carve up to stop championship clubs going bust and f**k the rest of us
Marshmallo
I get that they have to draw the line somewhere but it doesn't seem right that full time clubs like Falkirk and Thistle with full time staff are getting less than a third of what Arbroath or Alloa are getting. Albion Rovers 100k Falkirk 150k Alloa 500k -

Only in Scottish football eh !!
Shadwell Dog
Dundee will be running about trying to see who they could sign for 500k in the January window.

Shadwell Dog
The likes of alloas wage bill will have been virtually entirely funded by the govt this season. What a joke. It's obvious that at least one club in the championship needed this kind of govt investment to survive but they couldn't give one club that and others less so we end up with this shambles to keep one or two clubs solvent. Farcical if true. For a start running a full time club costs far more than a part time and yet likes of alloa and arbroath will be getting more than us Partick and Airdrie. Get it up you! Nobody forced Falkirk or Partick to run a full-time setup in the third tier of Scottish football in the middle of a pandemic, it was your free choice.

Unlike yourselves who can't afford even to pay your manager and have been bleeting about having no money. This will perhaps keep your club afloat for another 6 months before the begging bowls appear.
