I'm booked in to get a new tattoo in August and would normally have been given at least three or four quality ideas by the club by now. This is pish. In the past I would sit with the laptop on, the Falkirk Twitter page open, waiting to see who we were going to sign, staying up past midnight, excited to see what proven name or diamond in the rough that we had signed. These days I switch the laptop off, go to sleep and then switch it back on the morning to see who we haven’t signed. Due to mismanagement in the past, both on and off the field, we now find ourselves in the 3rd tier of Scottish football. What type of players are we going to attract? Crap players who aren’t good enough even for a Scottish Championship side, that’s who. For the time being our chances of signing anybody even half decent are gone so pardon me for being down on any of our new signings, they will be shit because we are now shit, we deserve each other.
